- For no reason whatsoever, he poisoned the water supply by spilling a bucket of poison, killing 40 or more people.
- While it seems like he did this on accident, as he says "oops" afterwards, he wasn't remorseful about it and continued smiling in a mocking manner.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- His actions are played for dark humor and not meant to be taken seriously, especially considering he is a parody of an already comedic character.
- He is insufficiently characterized due to only appearing for a few seconds and has unknown reasons for poisoning the water supply.
