What Makes Him Heinous?[]

  • For no reason whatsoever, he poisoned the water supply by spilling a bucket of poison, killing 20 or more people.
  • While it seems like he did this on accident, as he says "oops" afterwards, he wasn't remorseful about it and continued smiling in a mocking manner.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • His actions are played for dark humor and not meant to be taken seriously.
  • He is insufficiently characterized due to only appearing for a few seconds and has unknown reasons for poisoning the water supply.
