The Dougkotan General, also known as the War Criminal General, is the secondary antagonist of the YouTube video Twitch Chat and I invaded USA with Artificial Intelligence, uploaded by popular YouTuber and Twitch streamer DougDoug. He was a corrupt general for the Dougkotan army who committed war crimes to expand the empire. He was also the king of North Dakota up until his death at the hands of the Idahoans.

What Makes Him Heinous?

• Invaded the North Dakotan city of Stanley, slaughtering nearly everyone in it.
  • While invading Stanley was under orders of DougDoug, Doug didn’t tell him to slaughter the civilians. Plus, Doug clearly disliked what his General was doing.
  • Tortured some of the civilians of Stanley for information.
  • After capturing several of the civilians, he told his men to put them in cages and display them like animals in a zoo.
  • Ordered his men to kill the captives with their swords and axes so they could move on to the next town.
• Killed one of the North Dakotan king’s queens and used her son to blackmail the king into taking his throne.
  • When the king refused, he attacked him with his sword, only stopping when the king gave up his throne in exchange for keeping his family.
• When the Dougkotan Emperor asked him what to do next after invading Wyoming, the General suggested to go back to South Dakota and make sure there was no one left to resist.
• Broke into the Duke of Utah’s house and tried to search for him.
• Under orders of the Dougkotan Emperor, he attempted to invade Idaho.
• Although he did comfort the son of the North Dakotan king after killing his mom, he was the one who killed her. Plus, he would later use the child to threaten the king into giving up his throne to him.
• While he does work for the empire of Dougkota and follows through with the emperor's orders, it's possible he only does so for power as opposed to genuine loyalty, as evident when he went against the emperor's orders and became king of North Dakota.
• Overall, he's taken the most seriously out of any other character in the entire video.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?

• The main reason he can’t qualify as NPE or PE is that, despite being taken very serious in-universe, he's not taken very seriously by the the narrative, as his crimes are so extreme and over the top that they comedically contrast with the rest of the video.
