Vicky is the secondary antagonist of Nickelodeon's The Fairly OddParents franchise.
She is one of Timmy Turner's archenemies, and his sadistic, hot-headed, selfish, headstrong, arrogant, cruel and ruthless babysitter who loves tormenting the kids she babysits (including Timmy, his best friends AJ and Chester as well her younger sister Tootie) just for fun. Her constant abuse against Timmy is one of the main reasons he has fairy godparents.
In the sequel series A New Wish, Vicky at first makes a small cameo in the episode Lost in Fairy World as a skeleton inside a giant glass of pink lemonade. She would later return in the episode Operation Birthday Takeback after being hired as a party entertainer for Dev Dimmadome's birthday party. However, 20 years later she hasn't changed one bit, as she still tortures children for her amusement and aims to make as much profit out of it as possible. She also expresses in pride how her abusive methods turned Dale Dimmadome into the person he is today.
She was voiced by Grey DeLisle, who also voiced Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Mandy from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Heinous?[]
In General[]
- While the series has extremely high heinous standards, she stands out for her significantly lower resources than most villains, and her personal cruelty she inflicts towards the kids she babysits, including Timmy.
Original Series[]
- As shown in "The Big Problem!", she is considered so vile that the sheer mention of her name have caused candle flames, flowers and birds to die, werewolves to howl, mirrors to shatter, and thunderstorms.
- In the episode “Vicky Gets Fired”, she eventually takes over the Earth with people being shown to be chased with sapient apes and/or lasers from her ship with even Wanda and Timmy stating that world destruction will happen if she is not stopped.
- In an alternate future shown in “Channel Chasers”, she turns the world into a dystopian wasteland.
- This isn’t fridge horror as the adult Timmy confirms this, and the present Timmy had to stop Vicky to ensure this future doesn’t happen, with this eventually forcing Timmy to age himself up so that the magical remotes will drain its power and this nearly cost him to lose his fairies.
- In the same episode, she places hidden surveillance cameras across Dimmsdale and puts shock collars on children which electrocutes them if they reveal Vicky's true nature to anyone's parents.
- In “Scary GodCouple”, when she gets Foop as a godparent, she causes havoc throughout Dimmsdale such as forcing kids to play the tuba lest they be attacked by Tuba monsters, having monsters come out of kids beds, and having kids be stuck in lockers.
- After finding out Timmy has fairies of his own, she then uses Mr. Crocker’s equipment to capture Timmy’s fairies and plans to vaporize them (which includes Poof, an infant).
- In “Nectar of the Odds”, she is shown working children endlessly to make her lemonade for her to sell, with Dale Dimmadone himself looking exhausted and begging Timmy for something to drink.
- She turned Timmy and his friends into ice sculptors (with them being shown to be aware of this even while frozen) on Christmas.
- Even her own younger sister, Tootie, isn’t safe from her abuse as she uses her as toilet plunger even on her birthday.
- In "MicroPhony", she uses her radio to get hired by all of the adults to go to the beach and let her to babysit their children, which then she forces the children to work for her.
- Her employees are stuck in their desk because of them wearing their collars and them nervously calling back with the telephones, implying that Vicky forces them to work for her.
- In "Engine Blocked", she sells Striker Z car to Mr. Turner, which she doesn’t own. When Doug Dimmadome offers her more money to buy Striker Z car, she tries to steal it and drives to him, leading to it getting destroyed in junk yard.
- In "Most Wanted Wish", she chains Timmy to his bed.
- In "Snow Bound", she kicks Timmy’s legs and uses him as a snowboard.
- She yells at Timmy by saying "START SHREDDING", causing an avalanche and getting herself, Timmy and godparents tumbling into the cave, leading to them getting trapped inside.
- In "Bad Case Of Diary-Uh!", she pounds Timmy for reading her diary and Wanda in her squirrel form.
- In "Baby's Face", she shreds some of Timmy’s stuffs.
- In "The Big Superhero Wish", she becomes a supervillain called "Baby Shredder", she attempts to slice Timmy and Elmer with her claws, but she’s stopped by being shot by Milkman’s cow’s utter’s milk.
- In "Fairy Friends & Neighbors!", she tortures Timmy, she let sharks appear from the floor to scare him, she attempts to murder him with a chainsaw which didn’t scare him, she takes off her mask which scares him, she attempts to burns Timmy alive by using flamethrower, and forcing him to peel tons of onions to make him cry.
- In "Homewrecker", when Timmy's parents return after she causes a mess in a kitchen, she blames Timmy for this, leading to parents believing her. When Vicky make a mess again and ties up Timmy, she blames him for this, leading to parents sending him to Vicky's house. After this, she orders Timmy to clean her house and give him a long list of chores.
- When she's seen making swords while Timmy plush is shown, this heavily implies that she uses them to kill Timmy.
- She attempts to kill Timmy by using her battle axe for him causing a mess in her house, though it's justified.
- In "Channel Chasers", she puts a flamethrower, morningstar, driller and scissors in her backpack to kill Timmy.
- She breaks the Turner's vase, shreds Timmy's family photo, burns the piano, writes "My parents stink!" and "Dinkleberg Rulz", and burns Timmy's barricaded door by using her flamethrower to blame Timmy for this, leading to latter's angry parents grounding him and giving a magical television controller to Vicky.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She is way too comedic to be Near Pure Evil, with examples including, but not limited to:
- Her humiliating defeat in "Boys in the Band".
- In "Vicky Gets Fired", she gets fired for erasing the tape Timmy’s parents made instead of the horrible stuff she did to Timmy and her saying “I blame global warming” as an excuse.
- In the same episode, she fails to get another job (with one of her employers even launch her away using a cannon).
- In "Power Mad!", Timmy gives Vicky his V.R. video game set and she consistently loses her life in the game and asks if the lobster boss is Timmy’s aunt.
- Getting slammed into a wall by Punchie the Kangaroo and blasted away by Poof in "Certifiable Super Sitter".
- She is On & Off as she helps Timmy defeat the Darkness and the Destructinator. She also helps Timmy out in “Snow Bound”. However, these moments are rare and she always reverts back to her old ways rather quickly afterwards, so this is a minor prevention.
- She was also shown to be affable to Betsy (the person on the phone) in “Vicky Gets Fired”, even telling her she could go home while thanking her and telling her to have a good weekend. She has also been in love with several people such as Chip, Mark Chang (in his human disguise) and while some were a bit obsessive, they were all still genuine.
- Also, despite everything she does to him, she still has some respect for Timmy. This is shown when she and the rest of his enemies expressed sorrow when Timmy sacrificed himself to The Darkness and this is further shown in the episode “Snow Bound” where she helps Timmy get out of the avalanche and avoid the snowman that they thought was after them; which is also shown in the episode “Frenemy Mine” where she treats him better.
Trivia[]
- It is currently unknown if her live-action version will also qualify as Inconsistently Heinous.
