His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- He is shown to be very abusive towards Larry, feeding him to the shark tank for the pettiest reasons, shooting him out of a cannon for loving his mother, shoving him in a box then shaking it to mimic an earthquake, and zapping him in "Iron Mutt" all because he fell down from the rope. This is all worsened by the fact that Larry is his brother-in-law.
- He was not just cruel to Larry he was also cruel to his own mother as seen in ''Puppy Unplugged'' where he threatened her just to bring him nachos.
- In “Purr-fect Partners,” he stole a artifact called the Kruger Rat in attempt to brainwash all the rats into stealing a lot of valuables for him and attempted to used them to maul Kitty and Dudley alive.
- In “Cruisin for Bruisin,” he denied to let his minions go on vacation despite them having an agreement with T.U.F.F. and used a giant iceberg in attempt to crash it into a giant ship with the agents in an attempt to sank it.
- In “Mall Rat,” he lied about redeeming himself that he tricks everyone into entering Snappytown to have it fly into the sun and made the others pay for there yogurts as an insult to injury.
- In “Operation Happy Birthday,” he attempted to steal all of the cheese and cows from the city out of spite for his cheese allergies.
- Ollie mentioned that he send his IT guy to the sharks all because his computer froze.
- He forced Ollie to share his sandwich with him while threatening him because his mom gave him pimento loaf again.
- In “Snapnapped,” he attempted to manipulate Keswick into believing his friends don’t like him, hiring the latter to make gadgets.
- In "Share A Lair," he had Larry put a cobra in Mrs. Handleman's car.
- In “Dog Daze,” he had Dudley brainwashed to do some reckless things when a bell ring such as ruining the pies when he thought he was a woodpecker then riding a jackhammer thinking he was a princess than trashing the carnival thinking he was a pirate, leading to his temporary termination.
- In “Iron Mutt,” he tricked Dudley into giving him the Iron Mutt suit, attempting to kill him with it.
- In “Wrong Stuff,” he teamed up with Agent Jack Rabbit to drain Kitty’s mind so he get information about T.U.F.F.
- In “Dog Dish,” he used an invisibility helmet to sneak into movie theaters and water parks without having to pay, later using it to release all the prisoners from jail.
- In “Forget Me Mutt,” he attempted the flood monorail with raw sewage all because of the security system.
- In “Mission Really Big Mission” he attempted to use T.U.F.F’s secret laser on the corn belt in order to make popcorn which would’ve result in the Earth being destroyed. While he didn’t intend on destroying Earth with the laser, when The Chameleon calls him out for this, he throws him out into space showing he doesn’t care that he will destroy Earth.
- In “Kid Stuff,” after learning that T.U.F.F. agents can’t fight bad guys in front of children, he takes advantage of it by using the children as a way to prevent Dudley and Kitty from arresting him, later having them attack the two by lying about them wanting the kids to eat their vegetables.
- In “Snappy Campers,” he attempted to cheat in the camp challenges by endangering kids by putting electric eels into their bags and putting holes into their boats for them to sink down. After he lost, he went with Ollie's plan and attempted to blow up the nuclear plant and the TNT factory out of spite while locking up the camp site so that nobody would escape.
- While he claims he was ridiculed at camp as a child, this was his own fault to begin with since he was already a mean jerk according to the council, that he bullied the junior campers, cheated in every competition and blew up the mess hall because they were having nacho night and he’s allergic to cheese, nullifying his supposed Freudian Excuse.
- He told one of the kids to literally break a leg because he ran out of eels.
- In “Disobedience School” he formed a school to teach kids how to be evil, and later attempting to drop T.U.F.F. Headquarters into a volcano from lava land.
- He once scammed both Chief and Dudley out of 11,000 dollars for a snaprack which didn't work.
- In “Guard Dog,” he attempted to kill Chameleon for framing him for blowing up the cheese store. While Chameleon did warrant himself some punishment, it doesn’t exactly call for death let alone justify Snaptrap cruelly trying to murder him and Dudley.
- In “Doomed Christmas,” he teamed up with Bird Brain and Chameleon to ruin Christmas for everybody by trashing Santa’s workshop, even opening and destroying presents (including Kitty's gift) during the hijack.
- While hanging out with the Chameleon and Bird Brain, he made Chameleon let him borrow his card to buy them all snacks and even made the guy drive knowing he probably doesn’t have a license.
- In “Dog Tired,” he attempted to put Dudley in an eternal sleep by using the dream machine to make him have the greatest dream ever, thus making him want to stay in said dream forever.
- In “Mom Away,” he tried to kidnap all the moms in the city and send them to a deserted island.
- In “Time Waits for no Mutt,” he, alongside Chameleon and Bird Brain, tried to make Dudley late so they can get him fired.
- In “Lie Like a Dog,” he stole people’s wallets in a ball game, trying to lick them so their owners wouldn’t want them back.
- In "Mud with Power," he used the evolved mudbuglets to defeat T.U.F.F. once again and after he's done with them he attempts to deep fry them alive since he doesn't have a rock to crush them with.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is played for laughs way too much to be considered PE or NPE, having comedic moments like his ironic allergic reaction from cheese and having a weird crush on a bar of soap named Vivian.
- Despite how cruel he is to Larry, he does still love him and actually does care for his other D.O.O.M. agents, admitting they’re like family to him.
- He shown care for the soap named Vivian as he was seen mourning after she melted from the sun.
- He has some standards, as he visibly shows discomfort towards Francisco’s suggestion on eating people, he even stated he wouldn't kill someone on their birthday without celebrating it first because "no one's that evil."
- The reason he announced his plans to T.U.F.F. because he thinks it’s rude to not let them know, making him slightly honorable.
- He has a few moments of kindness, such as celebrating Kitty’s birthday and giving her dance lessons before trying to kill her.
- He is on & off and does team up with T.U.F.F. to fend off greater threats, such as helping in the fight against Quacky the Duck in “The Good, the Bad, and the Quacky.”
Trivia[]
