Utsuho "Okuu" Reiuji is a supporting antagonist in the Touhou Project franchise, most prominently serving as the main antagonist of Subterranean Animism.
She is a hell raven serving Satori Komeiji with the power to manipulate nuclear energy. She seeks to lay devastation to Gensokyo and take control of it.

What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- Upon receiving the power of Yataragasu, she started a campaign of destruction in Gensokyo with her ability to manipulate nuclear fusion.
- She makes it pretty clear she wants to nuke Gensokyo in her quest for world domination, stating that her 'ultimate nuclear fusion will burn up every body, heart, ghost, and fairy'.
- When confronted by the heroines, she tries to eliminate them but is defeated.
- Her actions also indirectly cause the incident in Touhou Project: Unidentified Fantastic Object as the geyser she created blew Byakuren Hijiri's ship out from the underground and into the sky, thus starting the plot of that game.
- In Touhou Hisoutensoku, when Sanae and Cirno fall into her domain, she attempts to eliminate them, seeing them as possible threats that could cause the nuclear core to malfunction.
- In Touhou Gouyoku Ibun, she attacks the heroines when she suspects them to be the culprits behind the presence of petroleum in the nuclear reactor.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She has moral agency issues due to her rather low intelligence, as the entire reason she tried to take over Gensokyo was because she misunderstood Kanako Yasaka's instructions of bringing nuclear renovation as 'forcefully taking over the world through nukes'.
- She genuinely cares about her friend Orin and her master Satori.
- Her stupidity sometimes plays her for laughs, and compared to a lot of other characters, she's not taken as seriously as them.
- Her actions in Hisoutensoku are at least partially well intentioned, as she attacked Sanae and Cirno to prevent the nuclear core from malfunctioning.
- Her actions in Gouyoku Ibun are also well intentioned, as she thinks the heroines are the ones who caused the petroleum contamination in the nuclear reactor and is acting to stop the reactor from malfunctioning.
