Hello! Welcome to my first proposal on the IH Wiki, and here is a character that is from not only a new source to all of the wikis, but from another wiki entirely!
Allow me to introduce you to Baxter, SCP-737, from the SCP Fanon Wiki.
What is the work?
The SCP Fanon Wiki is a Wiki founded by Chrispy4195 (now owned by JJBrothers7) as a non-canon counterpart to the official collaborative SCP Foundation Wikidot. It houses several different conditions that allow younger people interested in cryptic or anomalous beings to join in on the fun, whether that be chatting or making your own SCP! While a Fandom Wiki, it tries its best to stay as close as it can to the Wikidot's formatting, so often, pages look like actual documents from the Foundation!
Who is He?
SCP-737, known as "Baxter", is a Thaumiel Class entity written by MemeticBeetle on the SCP Fanon Wiki. He is part of a unique kind of undocumented canine-like species that went extinct by, most likely, human hands some time prior. He is emotionally driven to revitalize his species, and willing to do anything to do so.
What has he done?
For starters, Baxter breached containment and killed many scientists, infecting them with a unique bacteria on his gums... I'll get to that. During this breach, he also killed Site Director Oswald Herkyen and, while unintentionally, destroyed his first addendum (Addendum 737-A). He stated it was a "necessary evil".
Now back to this unique bacteria, it seems to be a violent pathogen that after a few seconds of infection, white bumps will appear on the skin of the infectee. These aren't filled with pus like your average spot, they are filled with embryos. This would begin to tranform the victims into many, MANY SCP-737-1 instances, mini-Baxters that are his genetical children. Oh but not through transformation, oh no... they combust... all of them. They kill the victim instantly and the instances spread. Nine Tailed Fox was sent in to survey and was quickly overwhemled by the over a million tiny dogs, thus allowing Baxter to head to the city of Murmansk, Russia. Baxter is also aware this is a violent and painful infection, as he himself gets away before the infectee explodes.
Here is where the VERY WEIRD comes in. Baxter would then start to infect the city, and soon, it was FLOODED with 737-1 instances. It was so bad that even the instances themselves were spreading the infection. Baxter would then indirectly cause the city to be nuked by Vladimeir Putin, to stop the spread of the anomalous species.
What makes him Inconsistant?
Firstly, he is a well intentioned extremist. He loves his species and is absolutely dedicated to bringing them back. Not only that but he is WAY TOO TRAGIC for NPE or PE, as he heard his family's deaths and seen the end of his species as a whole. He also has a code of honor, as he honors that incest relationships to his species are a sin to all of them (based Baxter lmao), he even downright says "I would never disappoint them like that". That also means he has a moral limit, being against incest. Along with his honor, he is affable, as he genuinely did love his family and was devastated when they and his species perished.
Verdict?
