Today's candidates (not official artwork)

Been a long time since I made a proposal on this wiki, but I'm back once again. It's another double proposal, so let's do this.

What's the work?[]

Yandere Simulator is an upcoming (or never officially released) game by YandereDev, in which the player character has to get rid of her rivals so she can win the heart of her Senpai, Taro Yamada. In the game, the player character must get rid of all 10 of her rivals before they confess their love to Senpai, otherwise they lose and is unable to find another love in her life. Sorry, did I say 'love'? I meant 'unhealthy obsession'. Now the candidates!

Who are the candidates?[]

Ayano Aishi[]

Ayano Aishi, also known as San-Chan, is the villainous protagonist of Yandere Simulator. She was born with a condition that causes her to become disconnected from her emotions, as such, rendering her unable to experience any feelings at all. That was, until she met Senpai, and she began to, as described by YandereDev, 'see color in a black & white world'. However, once Osana began to meet with Senpai to ultimately confess her love to him, San-Chan would get rid of her in whatever way the player could choose, be it politely, harshly, or even killing her. San-Chan would do this 9 more times to make sure no one stole her Senpai, and would ultimately confess her feelings to him afterwards.

However, if the player chooses to do so, she can decide to kill anyone who gets in her way, be it the other students or the teachers. At that point the only thing that stops Yan-Chan is the police and her 'love' for Senpai, but even then if Senpai rejects Yan-Chan, then she will kill everyone at the school and Senpai, before killing herself. Essentially, if she can't have Senpai, no one can.

Info-Chan[]

Info-Chan is a major supporting character in Yandere Simulator, and an ally of Yan-Chan. Every week she sends Yan-Chan a photo of Senpai's new interest/Ayano's new rival, and provides her with the supplies needed to secure her 'true love'. Despite being mostly hands-off, she plays far too major of a role to be a background character, as a lot of Ayano's actions wouldn't have happened without Info-Chan's assistance.

Besides being an information broker, she blackmails others into giving her what she wants, such as the headmaster so she could have a room to herself, and is hated by students to the point that her reputation is -999, ignoring the fact that it can't go below -150 for other students. Other than that, there's not much else anyone knows about her.

What makes them Heinous?[]

Ayano Aishi[]

First off, her actions are solely to get closer to Senpai, as she is willing to kill anyone who gets in her way just so she can be with him forever. She goes for more brutal options if available, and befriending rivals is just a suggestion. Her worst action that the player can do is kill everyone in the school, using whatever is available to them, over Senpai rejecting them. Along with poisoning, drowning, framing, dismembering, torturing, and straight-up murdering students, there's no question that she's heinous.

Info-Chan[]

Info-Chan is a little more complex to determine heinousness, as she doesn't do much other than sell Ayano supplies. But that's where she stands out. She sells Ayano supplies that allow her to kill her rivals, and actively encourages her to do so. She's also solely responsible for sending Yan-Chan the pictures of her new rivals, which is too involved to not pass the standards.

Aside from giving Yan-Chan supplies if requested, she canonically blackmailed the headmaster into giving her a personal room in the school, and frequently blackmails other students for an unknown reason. She's done enough on her own to not be just a background character.

Heinous Standards?[]

Ayano Aishi[]

The in-universe competition isn't nonexistent per say, but I believe she's done enough to pass the standard. Her worst possible act is killing everyone at her school so she can have Senpai all to herself, which is something that the other Aishi members haven't done before, and she can do all of that with just a screwdriver. Her mother, Ryoba Aishi, technically can do the same thing, and since her story takes place before Yan-Chan's, she technically would've done that standard-passing act first. The reason Ayano doesn't fail the standards is because Ryoba killing all the students is not canon to the game/lore, while Ayano's story doesn't have a canonical ending. Thus, this makes Yan-Chan's mass murder stand out enough.

Aside from mass murder, her mother also canonically kidnapped and broke her Senpai's mind so he would never leave her, but in one of the endings, Yan-Chan can do the exact same thing. So she still stands out.

Info-Chan[]

Info-Chan at first glance doesn't seem to do much, but remember that she told Ayano everything there is to know about who her rivals were, making her responsible for Yan-Chan's most violent methods of disposing of her rivals. Besides just supporting Ayano's murders, she has the unique crime of blackmailing students and the headmaster himself to further her own goals. Her reason for having Ayano kill the rivals is because she has a grudge against them, which doesn't justify her actions in any way.

What makes them Inconsistent?[]

Ayano Aishi[]

For starters, her worst action of killing everyone at Akademi is non-canon to the game as it exists now. Adding on to this, all of her violent methods of eliminating her rivals are entirely player dependent, which makes her inconsistent by default.

Secondly, she has MASSIVE moral agency issues, as she spent her entire life not feeling any sort of emotion until she met her Senpai. Alongside not feeling empathy for others, she was raised by her mother to kill her competition to secure her love while not being taught peaceful ways, which also affects her ability to tell right from wrong. This also makes her somewhat tragic.

Thirdly, she seems to have an affable relationship with Info-Chan, as she's . . . well, she doesn't try to manipulate her like she does to everyone else. Weak, but it's there.

Info-Chan[]

Just like Ayano's main point that makes her inconsistent, her worst act is also player dependent, making her inconsistent by default.

Her second reason she's inconsistent is that she has standards against mass murder, as pointed out by YandereDev. If the player were to kill everyone at Akademi and kidnap her Senpai, Info-Chan would be scared of her and never contact her again. So while she's alright with killing off rivals, she draws the line at indiscriminate killing.

The third reason is that she's quite affable to Yan-Chan, as she never tries to manipulate her or expose her, and offers her plans to get rid of her rivals. Again, it's not a major redeeming quality, but it's a redeeming quality nonetheless.

Final Verdict?[]

I'd say these 2 killers get a spot here.
