Hello, everyone. I'm here with my first removal proposal of the year, and none of you are probably expecting this. After finding out this guy was approved, I really did not expect him to be here but, I was impressed he was pretty heinous despite appearing in like, one ending. However though, after some time, I don't think this guy really qualifies. Permission from Complete monster to make this removal.
What's the Work?
Completing the Mission is a game by PuffBallsUnited as well as the last installment of the Henry Stickmin series by the same person. It involves the events after Fleeing the Complex where Henry Stickmin goes through various adventures depending on the endings of that game and Infiltrating the Airship.
Who is He?
Ellias Bahtchin is a major character in the game. He is a Center for Chaos Containment unit who stops Henry's attack on the Government base, though causes a lot of damage in the process. He is also the one revealed to have given Henry the package back at Escaping the Prison.
Why Doesn't He Qualify?
Ok, this guy's crimes are like, really heinous. He had 4 choices (all fails are canon btw since they are needed to get the true ending of the game) to stop the chaos at the government base, and all of them lead to destruction. The correct choice involves releasing a G.A.B.E.E.G. which attacked the government base and caused everyone to evacuate and also indirectly caused Henry to win over against them. One of the fails involves calling Phantom to launch a nuke. One of them involves making the moon crash into the Earth. And one of them involves literally pausing the game. He was also revealed to be the one to give Henry the package at Escaping the Prison which allowed him to escape and cause more deaths in the future.
So, why am I removing him? Well, there's some standards he just doesn't pass, which are the system standards. See, he's just another one of the members of Center for Chaos Containment whom the other members practically do the exact same shit; contain chaos but also causing a lot more chaos. While his page says he stands out since he's the most destructive of them all, that isn't really true.
Sure, his crimes do cause a lot of destruction but first let's take the other Center for Chaos Containment members we see in the other games into account, Clyde Jenkins and Wilson Jones. So, what did they do? Well, the former had the choices to release a giant robot into a museum filled with people, activate a satellite which activates a laser to the museum, launch a nuke to the museum, and literally wipe out all existence just by using a calculator to divide a random number by zero (which was probably intended since there's no way he would just summon a regular calculator to stop chaos plus the button he pressed to summon the calculator had the symbol containing zero being divided). The latter had the choices to release the prototype which are 3 mechanical guys that cause destruction into an already ongoing war such as grabbing a piece of a helicopter, release the G.A.B.E.N. which literally crashes the game, activate laser to send the battlefield to space suffocating everyone, and also literally wipe out all of existence with the D.E.B (while it's not seen to destroy all of existence, it would've probably done that since it's basically dark matter that's unstoppable like even he isn't safe). which is a type of energy that slowly grows and evaporates anything touching it (the fail's actually kind of sad not going to lie). All of this shows that Ellias isn't the most destructive Center for Chaos Containment member and didn't do much to stand out from them. Even if you make the argument that he barely stands out from them, he's still just a member of the CCC, so it's very likely the other members not seen in the games are just as destructive as him.
Verdict?
Giving this guy a cut for me.
