Prowled

No idea what to say for this one.

Watts up Inconsistently Heinous Wiki. Welcome to my fourth discussion as well as my second re-discussion. So, this is a guy that was brought up first but then shot down. However, he has been brought up again on the cleanup server and while we're still unsure if he counts or not, he's definitely made more of a non-qualifier than how much he actually is one. Now, with me proposing the Kingpin currently, I'll re-discuss him. Permission from RhinoBeloved to make this re-discussion (proof). Let the trial commence!

What's the Work?

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is a 2018 superhero film made by Sony. It revolves around Miles Morales who had his version of Spider-Man killed which he then ends up encountering other variants of Spider-Men from separate universe, and there's also the Kingpin who tries using the Collisioner which he wishes to use to find a variant of his family.

Who is He? What Has He Done?

"Uncle" Aaron Davis, also known as the Prowler, is a major character in the film.

He's the uncle of Miles Morales and the brother of Jefferson Davis who would like to hang out with the former a lot and get really close to each other, where he would also give advice on Miles on how to go with girls, such as when Miles informs Davis of Gwenda. However, behind all of this, he's actually secretly working for the Kingpin.

He'd also chase down Miles Morales from time to time, not realizing he is, well, Miles Morales, such as when the Kingpin orders him to chase him down at the day of the death of his Spider-Man. He'd also ended up in conflict with the other Spider-Men where he, at one point, comes close into killing Miles Morales, but then he reveals his mask which reveals he is his nephew. He becomes remorseful and takes off his mask, but then Kingpin shoots him. While Miles is laying Aaron down, he encourages him to keep going before he dies.

Is He Heinous Enough?

Now, you may say "no" and so did people in the original discussion, as he may just be a random minion that just tries to kill the heroes and doesn't do much in the Collider scheme. However, I feel like I can see a case on where he does do enough. He's pretty much constantly stopping Miles Morales from stopping the Collider, which the Prowler at least knows could potentially endanger Brooklyn as he hears Peter tell Kingpin it could do so, and he's one of the few to actually know how powerful it is alongside the Kingpin, Olivia Octavius (who even thinks there's little risk to it), and another minion who does even less.

What Doesn't Make Him Inconsistent?

None.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?

While heinousness may be a concern for him, inconsistency definitely isn't. He clearly cares about his family, both his nephew and brother, as he kept hanging out with the former giving him tips, was shocked that he is the new Spider-Man he was about to kill, and told him to kept going in his final moments and apologized for everything he had done, and he also never resented over the latter despite choosing opposite career path and was clearly sad they don't get along like he used to. Oh, the final moments thing also gives him redemption.

Verdict?

Leaning towards a weak yes.
