Watts up Inconsistently Heinous Wiki. Welcome to my fifty-seventh proposal. So, I have just watched the brand new Zootopia sequel entitled Zootopia 2 this week alongside my school, and oddly enough, the film is actually pretty good. The film also gave us a brand new IH candidate, and we brought him up in Discord that he might as well count, and I think I can deal with him with the arguments present here. Anyways, let the trial commence!

What's the Work?[]

Zootopia 2 is a 2025 film that serves as a sequel to the film Zootopia. It revolves around our main heroes having to uncover the truth of Zootopia that has been covered by the Lynxleys.

Who is He? What Has He Done?[]

Pawbert Lynxley is the secondary antagonist of the film.

He is a member of the Lynxley family. However, unlike the rest of the Lynxleys, he is considered an outcast, and his other family members don't really treat him as such. And then, he meets up with Gary and gains his trust so he can secretly burn the original patent disproving the history of Ebenezer Lynxley.

He is first seen meeting up with Judy Hopps who is trying to secure the journal from the seemingly evil snake, though the other Lynxleys then end up backing him off while Pawbert also tells her he is an outcast.

Pawbert is then seen seemingly rescuing Gary from the attack. Then, they both meet up with Judy Hopps, and Pawbert tells him that they'll stop his family and save Nick, in which they then later team up to commence the plan.

After a while, they end up in the Desert-Tundra weather wall after the real story of Zootopia is told in which Ebenezer killed his own Tortoise maid to frame the real founder, who actually managed to keep her patent safe.

However, Pawbert ends up backstabbing both Judy and Gary, telling them both that his plan is to actually burn the patent so that he can finally be accepted by the Lynxleys. Judy tries convincing him he can be different, but Pawbert says he doesn't want to, and so later goes to Nick to kill him. However, they both end up falling and Nick is saved while Pawbert seemingly dies.

However, Pawbert is actually alive after this, and tries going to the patent in order to burn it. However, the heroes then step in time in order for them to finally stop his plan. All the Lynxleys, including Pawbert, are finally in prison. He tries reconciling with Milton, but he turns down.

Is He Heinous Enough?[]

I'd say he is. He does kind of exist in a vacuum as Dawn Bellwether suffers from Fridge Horror with her crimes and is plus beaten by all the Lynxleys including Pawbert. Pawbert is also rather important given he is the one who knew about the original patent and wants to destroy it for Milton to keep the Tundratown expansion to come to fruition and wipe out the reptile population and anything about them culturally.

Non-Preventions?[]

While he does act nice to both Judy and Gary, being nice to them and going with their plans of uncovering Zootopia's true history, this is nothing more than a facade and he's clearly enemies with them after his reveal where he admits he doesn't want to be different to his evil family.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

The thing is, he is rather insecure as his whole goal of burning the patent is so that he can finally be accepted as part of his family again, especially from his father Milton. We also get some stuff that he had been emotionally abused by Milton, as shown with how he interacts with him when he mistakenly believes Pawbert is helping the heroes and how he turns down the chance to reconcile with him. The fact that this is the reason why he's even evil, predominantly characterizing him, makes this too much for him to be NPE.

Verdict?[]

Yes.
