Watts up Inconsistently Heinous Wiki. Welcome to my fifty-third proposal. So, I still really want to harvest gold from the mine we all know is SMG4 with it still having plenty of candidates to be proposed by people and probably even more candidates in the future. This guy was deemed to count on the Proposal Needed page, so I'll do the honors and propose this character as Inconsistently Heinous. Anyways, let the trial commence!
What's the Work?
SMG4 is an Australian adult-animated comedy web series by Luke and Kevin Lerdwichagul. It involves Mario, SMG4 and their friends going on various adventures meeting dangerous foes, though only Mario meets Patrick Star, our candidate for today.
Who is He? What Has He Done?
Patrick Star is a minor character in the web series.
Now, he doesn't do a whole lot noteworthy to be here, as basically everything else he does is bog-standard, to both the heinous standards of the series as well as the baseline. I'm only going to take in what he did in a certain episode known as "SMG4: If Mario Was In... Nickelodeon" where he does get a heinous act.
In this episode, Mario is forced by Master Hand to fight against Maestro Mano's All-Star Brawlers to prove who truly has the better tournament idea, though they ended up going rogue and want to fight Mario all by themselves. He first has to go to SpongeBob SquarePants where he's about to be cooked by SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs. Mario, however, breaks out, but Patrick gets called in and becomes Sans Undertale. Then, Patrick threatens him to... cut off his nut sack and nail it to his door... yeah. Squidward then unknowingly wears Mario's costume, and the Krusty Krab explodes, I guess.
Is He Heinous Enough?
Oh boy, SMG4 is pretty well-known for its gigantically high heinous standards and quite a lot of things have changed since The SMG4 Cosmology Lore which made the standards even higher. We have:
- Niles, who destroyed countless of universes and also tried destroying the main universe.
- Mario, who got his own brother's dick repeatedly eaten by a fish.
- SMG3, who blew up the Earth twice.
- Waluigi, who turned all of the Mushroom Kingdom into T-Pose zombies.
- Ztar, who tried to destroy the world.
- Lawyer Kong, who got Miyamoto to sign the Super DMCA thus temporarily killing every non-Nintendo character.
- Mr. Puzzles, who brainwashed the whole world into fates worse than death as well as committing various cruel acts to the SMG4 Crew.
Even with all this in mind, however, I think Patrick just barely gets by. First off, most of these aren't fair comparisons given he's just a star having way weaker powers. Also, he wants to straight up cut off Mario's nut sack and nail it to his door, something no other villain has done.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?
Simple, this is SMG4 we're talking about here, a shitpost meme series portrayed through Garry's Mod that isn't taken seriously at all. Patrick is no exception to this, given he literally gains Sans' powers which is based on how his voice sounds similar to him, and him saying he wants to cut off Mario's nut sack and nail it to his door is also taken from a meme. Series also has too much comedic sociopathy so yeah.

Weak Yes.
