What's up, Inconsistently Heinous Wiki? This is my fifth IH Proposal (and for some reason no one voted on the fourth). A villain from one of my favorite videos of one of my favorite YouTubers. Not much to say here, so lettuce begin.
What's the Work?
Uncle Al (@UncleAlShow) is a comedic YouTuber known for his... absurd parodies of various franchises, his videos often have crazy, batshit editing and plots, with the characters being comically out-of-character most of the time. You probably know him best for his series The Krusty Kooch Chronicles. Today, we're looking at one of his Ren and Stimpy parodies, which is also one of the best video he has ever made, "Ren and Stimpy save Japan (NOT CLICKBAIT!)😱".
Who's the Guy? And what did he do?
Godzilla is the main antagonist of the video.
The video begins with the news channel showing that Godzilla is destroying Japan, and Powdered Toast Man can't help since he's filing his taxes. Leaving Godzilla to Fortnite dance on them. Stimpy is watching this and wants to save them, but Ren tells him that they can't fight God-fucking-zilla. After some banter, our duo decides to finally save Japan just because they want to beat Godzilla up.
Oir "heroes" arrive at Japan and meet up with 'Zilla himself. After Stimpy receits a Bible quote, Ren threatenes to beat Godzilla... but he immediately burns him and Stimpy with his fire breath. :D. The duo is saddened about this with Stimpy calling 'Zilla "a big ol' jerk", but 'Zilla actually responds: He states he was just trying to get his land back, as Japan was actually just his land that the Japanese had claimed for themselfs. They even built the Nintendo headquarters on top of his toilet, which feels like a metaphor for something for some reason. Our duo is shocked by this epic twist, I mean, who knew mainstream news outlets had a dirty agenda to push.

After this, 'Zilla kindly ask our duo if they'll help him destroy Japan, which of course they do. Godzilla performs an epoc as hell pool jump and destroys what little was left of Japan... idk why he needed Ren and Stimpy for that but whatever. Godzilla is overjoyed and thanks our duo for helping him get rid of those [🇧🇱🇪🇪🇵 🇸🇴🇺🇳🇩 🇪🇫🇫🇪🇨🇹], which disturbs Ren, but he is still happy to have helped 'Zilla in his literal genocide.

Heinous Standards
Easy pass. While the video is part of a series of Ren and Stimpy videos by Uncle Al, no other villain in these videos is as heinous as Godzilla. The only possible comparison is the terrorists from Papa Ren & Mama Stimpy, who tried to commit 9/11 2: The Sequel-Dequel, but even then, Godzilla destroying what we can assume is all of Japan is way worse than terrorist's act (not that it isn't heinous, it's just less heinous than 'Zilla's WA). So yeah.
Also, while The Crossover of Tomorrow does have Ren and Stimpy cross over with several other videos. It's stated those are different universes, and 'Zilla never gets to interact with any of those universes, so any potential worse characters there aren't worth discussing.
Mitigating Factors/Non-Preventions?
None.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?
First off, comedy, as to be expected with Uncle Al. He is a parody of Godzilla and has various funny moments, like the running gag of his design constantly changing everytime he's onscreen, him Fortnite emoting, his :D face when burning Ren and Stimpy, him pool jumping to destroy Japan, etc. Also, in case your gonna bring up Sillies, the videos rely on black comedy, making heroic characters evil and comedic sociopath. A good example of the latter is Ren admiting he has a restraining order on all babies due to being implied to had "felt" one... yeah...
Second off, he has a minor, but semi-valid tragedy. His home was taken away by the Japanese, leaving him homeless, with this being portrayed with some sympathy. However, this is a minor prevention since he does take sadism in killing the Japanese and even calls him a slur.
Third and final, he's affable to Ren and Stimpy. He tries explaining to them his motivations for his actions and asks them if they want to help him destroy Japan, and is thankful when they do "help" him.
Conclusion/Verdict
