What's up, Inconsistently Heinous Wiki? This is my fourth proposal. One day, I randomly found these videos (pretty sure it was my FYP), and they are better than The Godfather. Anyways, the videos have possible contenders. Also note I'm currently working on their VFW pages, so now, lettuce begin.
What's the Work?
Topaz Plays (@TopazithPlays) is a YouTuber who, so far, only has four videos on his channel, which are all parodies of those Deltarune Chapter 5 hypothetical animations. The animation are complete and utter nonsense (in the best way) and they have nonsensical stories. The "animation" itself is just moving PNGs and, in general, the videos are shitposts. Who are They? And what did they do?
Papyrus, also known as the Roaring Knight/Rory Nyte, is the main antagonist. While the Undertale Human (Chara) is the overarching antagonist.
In the first animation "Roaring Knight Kills Asriel", after Ralsei reveals he is actually Kris' borther Asriel (or, 'ralsei dreermu') and that he "genocided" their mother Toriel to stop Sans from befriending her, he is immediately slashed by the Roaring Knight, who is just there ig. Kris and the Knight (or, as the textbox calls them, 'Ruddin Rangers') start fighting. The textbox says that "It's the end" as the two fight, before Kris performs an epic jump that slashes the Knight, but this doesn't kill them as the blocked it. They proceed to run away. Very sad.
Then there's "Roaring Knight's Identity Revealed". After the Knight runs away, Kris sees their brother's dead corpse in front of them. The textbox says that "you're brother is DEAD". Kris is scared by this and they (or the SOUL idk) try calling for help, BUT NOBODY CAME. The textbox/narrator is revealed to be fan-favorite character Chara (or, the Undertale Human), who tells Kris that it's too late to call for help and they "know what we must have to be done." And thus, they proceed. They go to see their friends Susie and Noelle, and Sans for some reason, at Noelle's house, as they are about to meet her "secret cousin". Very epic. Noelle reveals her secret cousin, fan-favorite character Rory Nyte!!! Susie immediately realizes it's the Knight and tells them to reveal themselfs.... and it's Papyrus, because of course! Sans is horrified by this reveal.
Now, "Roaring Knight's Backstory Revealed". Sans is still horrified by this epic reveal, however, Papyrus tells him to shut the fuck up you stupid bitch. He reveals that he knows that Snas isn't his real brother, and that he is really Sans Undertale and not the Sans Deltarune. We cut to a backstory: Sans was apparently tired of the Undertale Human's GENOCIDES, and he built a machine to enter a "better world" and escape the GENOCIDES, which was the D E L T A R U N E world. He would end up killing the Sans Deltarune and take his place without anyone knowing, but Papy was actually watching from atop of the stairs. Paps would become despodent, since Sans was apparently the only person he truly loved (implying he was an outcast). At some point, he it wasn't worth living in a world without his brother, and thus, he became Rory Nyte... he proceeds to run into the Flower King to open a dark fountain, as Susie, Kris and Sans chase him. Noelle is just confused. The (fake) skelebros run into the shop.
Finally (as of now), there's "Flower King Dark World Reveal". Though there isn't much to talk about, since neither Papyrus or the Human appear, we only know that Paps made a Dark World offscreen. We also get the revelation that Sans Deltarune is still alives. Very nice.
Heinous Standards
As for competition, there is literally nothing. The only other villains are Asriel/Ralsei and Flowey/Woylef the Flowery Boy, who have 1 murder and 2 attempted kills (on heroes btw) respectively, so neither of them are even remotely heinous.
Let's start with Paps, since he's the easier candidate. Bro is trying to unleash the Roaring which would destroy the world. And yes, he does know that the Roaring will destroy the world, since his speech to Sans Undertale has him state that it "isn't worth" living a world without love, implying he knows the world will cease to exist if he unleashes the Roaring. Se easy pass.
Now there's the Human, who is a harder case honestly. You see, they're genocide of monsterkind is offscreen villainy since we never see them do it and, in general, we barely see the Undertale world. However, I think they have just enough onscreen relevance for it to be heinous enough for them to weakly pass. Given that their crimes are the sole reason why Sans travelled to the Deltarune world and killed Sans Deltarune which, thus, kickstarter the entire plot of the game in this continuity. And it's safe to assume the amount of Monsters killed are the same as in the OG game, so 99 pretty sure. Also, while Papyrus is worse by attempting straight-up omnicide, I would argue he has higher resources than the dead ghost child, having the ability of opening dark fountains since he is, well, alive.
Mitigating Factors?
Despite being Noelle's secret cousin, nothing confirms he actually cares for her or the other Holidays since we don't him interact with her or them. Besides that, nothing for both of them.
What Makes Them Inconsistent?
In case you somehow didn't recognise it already, the video is a parody of those Deltarune concept animations. With them having various comedic elements making it impossible to take them seriously, including, but not limited to: The fact that Papyrus is the Knight like, at all. The horrible spelling. The use of brainrot terms like "entry number 17" and "darker yet darker". The terrible "animation" (literally just moving PNGs) and etc. Also no, they can't be Sillies because the videos are intentionally low-quality since, like I said, the "animation" is just moving PNGs, Susie and Noelle literally have a singular face sprite.
Papyrus only
First off, he's tragic. He had to watch in horror as his brother and killed and replaced in front of him, which left him traumatized. The fact Sans was the only person he apparently loved implies he was also an outcast. And, while yes, Sans survived somehow, Papyrus doesn't know this so, as far as he knows, his're brother really is DEAD. This also shows he cares for his brother as he destroyed the world out of grief of losing him.
Human only
Since they have two appearance and two lines of dialogue, they suffer a lack of characterization. While it's implied he could be the Narrator, not only is this not confirmed, but even if it was, the Narrator's dialogue barely implies any sort of personality.
Conclusion/Verdict
