Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Heinous?[]
In General[]
- Despite being made of a Elemental of Darkness, she has a clear moral agency.
- Despite the high heinous standards of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime for her unique crime of soul torture and while others also done it, she stands out for it being done out sheer sadism, inflicting more pain and suffering with her methods by prolonging her victims suffering.
- Although she is on the side of the heroes currently, she not fully redeem herself fully nor shown remorse for her actions and is technically a karma houdini.
- Even if one can argue she partially redeemed herself when she began to work under Rimuru, she still not subverted all of her villainous traits still clinging onto her sadistic tendencies and pleasures.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime[]
- She would trick Leon Cromwell to stop Carrera from incarnating out of spite to mess with her which would indirectly caused her to do her actions to spite Leon Cromwell.
- She was completely remorseless so it isn't unintentionally heinous despite it being indirect.
- She would form a contract with one of Towa’s ancestors who one of the previous rulers to give them a crown that can bring miracles, while noble on paper, the catch is it would inflict pain and suffering on the user's soul and slowly would claim them as her vessel as a "game" as if she wins she will claim them as her vessel out of her own enjoyment to see the Raja family suffer and struggle.
- Since it was shown to be extremely painful to the user by the soul when Towa used it, this means Towa's predecessors also was inflicted with those effects too when they used it which prevents it from being Fridge-Horror.
- Although she did undo it was due to one of her underlings trying to speed up the process by causing events to make Towa use it more and isn't considered unintentionally heinous due to it ruining "her fun and game" than remorse as she preferred to prolong it and violating her contract. Plus she done enough intentional harm to be heinous enough to count anyways and would've continued if not for plans to be ruined.
- When Diablo attempted to have her, Carrera and Testarossa to serve Rimuru Tempest, the three would plan to kill his master to hurt him before dropping it once meeting him.
- Even when she is doing heroism she still inflicts sadistic pain and suffering on her opponents as shown in Way of Monsters Nation Manga and the during Eastern Empire's Invasion later on in the Light Novel:
- In the former dealing with a simple thug, despite her intentions of appreciating him she went overboard of punishment out of sadism and pleasure. This is pretty much was severe enough to make crime non-existent in the Jura-Tempest Federation that made even the most toughest criminals too scared to commit crimes out of fear of torture from her.
- In Eastern Empire Invasion she shown to inflict pain and suffering as despite them being villains, she still took pleasure and even caused some soldiers to be in fear and beg for mercy.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- Despite her cruelty the biggest reason she can't be Pure Evil or Near Pure Evil is she is a Grey-Zoned On & Off character who done heroic acts before as shown in Trinity in Tempest, and when she began she was recruited to work under Rimuru Tempest as Tempest's Chief Prosecutor and her role in the Eastern Empire Invasion even if she went overboard with her methods at times.
- She has multiple redeeming qualities:
- She shown to respect and care for some people like Luminous Valentine, loyal to her master Rimuru Tempest. She also shown some minor affiable moments as well.
- She shown to be honorable as when her subordinates attempted to help her ruins her plans or violate her contracts she kept her word such as reviving Towa when crown killed her for usage of events done by her subordinates did to make Towa use it more.
- She shown to have standards even if this is twisted she still prefer prolonging her victims suffering than simply killing them and when Velgrynd offered her, Carrera and Testarossa to surrender to the Eastern Empire she refused alongside the 3 not wishing to betray Rimuru.
Trivia[]
- She and Carrera are only Inconsistently Heinous to be subordinates of Rimuru Tempest, as Veldora Tempest is seen as a equal meaning he do not count while Diablo and Testarossa fails the heinous standards and everyone else’s "heinous acts" that could've make Non-Villain qualifiers were due to lethality or justified to save others that don't count.
- Ironically her actions allow Carrera to qualify as Inconsistently Heinous even if she was indirect for her actions.
