NOTE: This page is only about his book incarnation as the movie incarnation of the Turbo Toilet 2000 was not voted Inconsistently Heinous, and thus only the book version of the Turbo Toilet's info and crimes should be put here.

FINALLY! I shall avenge my fallen allies and take my place as the SUPREME LEADER OF THE EARTH!
~ The Turbo Toilet 2000 before his attempt to kill Yesterday George and Harold.

The Turbo Toilet 2000 is a major antagonist in Dav Pilkey's Captain Underpants book series, serving as the overarching antagonist of the 1999 novel Captain Underpants and the Attack of the Talking Toilets and the main antagonist of its 2014 novel Captain Underpants and the Tyrannical Retaliation of the Turbo Toilet 2000, in addition to making cameo appearances in other books.

He is a giant and monstruous talking toilet who was created by George Beard and Harold Hutchins for a Captain Underpants comic book they wrote. However, the Turbo Toilet 2000 and his Talking Toilets were brought to life when George and Harold tried to print out their comic in Melvin Sneedly's PATSY 2000. After his defeat, the Turbo Toilet returns months later after being accidentally revived, bent on conquering the world to avenge his fallen army.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

  • When he and his Talking Toilets are brought to life by the PATSY 2000, he sends his troops to eat all of the faculty of the Jerome Horwitz Elementary School.
  • When Captain Underpants attempts to defeat him, he devours him and then attempts to devour George and Harold, even though they are his creators.
  • In a bad future accidentally created by Tippy Tinkletrousers when he tries to escape from Captain Underpants, it's mentioned that the Talking Toilets (and possibly even the Turbo Toilet 2000 himself) devoured Dr. Diaper after he destroyed the moon and attacked the city. Due to how many dead toilets are strewn around the ravaged world, it's likely that the Turbo Toilet 2000 and his troops devoured countless people before the Evil Zombie Nerds killed the Talking Toilets.
  • After several months, when he was accidentally resurrected by the Robo-Plunger when he is decapitated by the ball thrown to space by the Wedgie Woman's Harold 2000, he dismantled him and decided to get his revenge on George and Harold.
  • When he arrives on Earth, he causes countless acts of death and destruction over the Piqua Valley.
  • He attempts to devour Melvin Sneedly, a defenseless kid, just because he insulted him.
  • Upon catching Melvin (after Melvin gets Captain Underpants' powers) and failing to eat him, he tries to kill him apparently in gruesome ways that leads the Flip-O-Rama chapter to be censored.
  • In the new timeline (after Melvin brings George, Harold and Captain Underpants back to the present before the Turbo Toilet 2000's arrival), he arrives and starts his rampage again.
  • When George and Harold (disguised as Talking Toilets) trick him into thinking that Captain Underpants insulted him so they can free Mr. Krupp from the Piqua Valley Home for The Reality Challenged, the Turbo Toilet 2000 decides to kill him.
  • He breaks into the mental asylum, scaring several nurses.
  • When Captain Underpants turns back into Mr. Krupp, the Turbo Toilet 2000 forces him to reveal the location of Yesterday George and Harold.
  • He devours Mr. Krupp after he was led to the treehouse despite promising to let him go, sadistically telling him that he can go "through him", even though it can be argued that Mr. Krupp deserved it for his actions in the earlier books.
  • He announces that he will become the supreme ruler of Earth once he kills Yesterday George and Harold, which leads Dawn, Orlando and Tony, Sulu's and Crackers' offspring, to kill him to save their owners.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He is too comedic to be Near Pure Evil or Pure Evil (for example, Captain Underpants gives him a wedgie in his first appearance and his butt is constantly seen in his second appearance), as the Captain Underpants series itself doesn't take anything seriously. Despite this, he is still one of the few villains in the series to be taken mildly seriously.
  • He cares for his troops, as his motivation to take over the Earth on his second appearance was mainly to avenge his Talking Toilets.
  • He has moral agency issues, as he is a comic book villain brought to life by the PATSY 2000, meaning he was made to be evil.

Trivia[]

  • Only the book incarnation of the Turbo Toilet 2000 counts as Inconsistently Heinous, as his DreamWorks Animation counterpart is just a robot controlled by Professor Poopypants and Melvin Sneedly who lacks sentience and a moral agency.
    • Similarly, his alternate universe counterpart seen in Captain Underpants and the Preposterous Plight of the Purple Potty People doesn't count as such version has not committed any evil actions and works as a crossing patrol officer.
