King Thomas "Tommy" Lipnip is the main antagonist of the Rick and Morty episode "The ABCs of Beth". Trapped inside Froopyland since childhood, Tommy grows into a sexually depraved, incestuous cannibalistic rapist.
He is voiced by Thomas Middleditch.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- He performed bestiality, a form of sexual deviance of sex with non-human creatures, and whilst the creatures in Froopyland did not object, their ability to consent, as with real-world animals, was very dubious and is still treated as a very depraved thing; in-universe and out.
- He cannibalized his offspring; young or old, or, as demonstrated, the newly born. This horrified even Rick Sanchez, who has already seen and committed and was desensitized to many horrific acts throughout his Multiversal travels.
- He did not care that his father was about to be executed and refused to come back.
- He sicced his offspring onto Beth Sanchez.
- Although this was hardly heinous as Beth abandoned him to begin with and refused to apologize.
- He was responsible for Froopyland being filled with harmful creatures, as his bestiality was what infused his own human DNA, containing aggression, into their gene pool. One tore off Rick Sanchez's arm and nearly killed him.
- Despite the incredibly high heinous standards of Rick and Morty, he still stood out due to his unique crimes of incest, bestiality and cannibalism of their own young. Additionally, given his lack of resources, it'd be unfair to compare him to the likes of Rick Sanchez or Evil Morty.
- Also, given the amount of time he had presumably spent in Froopyland, it could be safely assumed he had killed countless of his subjects, whether directly or by his own rule.
- Although the show is a black comedy, his descent into insanity, whilst not without comedic moments, was taken completely seriously in-universe and horrified Rick and Beth, despite their comedic deduction of how he survived in the first place.
- It was only comedic in the sense that the show showcased how he was conditioned to accept horror the in-universe and out-universe audience is; but this still deeply disturbed Rick and Beth.
What Makes Him inconsistent?[]
- He had a "blue-and-orange" morality and therefore had severe moral agency issues, as there was no other way he could have survived other than eating flesh having protein, as honey had very little protein and wouldn't have sustained him. 10-year-old Tommy, left isolated with only his primitive biological urges overcoming any flimsy moral guidance he had as a child, could only sustain himself in an endless cycle of cannibalistic incest, very clearly leaving massive dents in his moral compass and mind in general, even telling Beth "People should eat other people". It couldn't be said, therefore, that he had any comprehension of morality beyond what stemmed from his own interests or biological urges.
- For this reason, he was additionally unbelievably tragic and sympathetic, as, since childhood left alone with no other people in a pocket dimension, he had gone mad from the isolation. He, to add insult and injury to further insult and injury, was refused an apology or acceptance of responsibility from Beth and was mutilated (if not killed).
- In fact, Beth was so horrified by her own actions, a Moral Event Horizon in its own right, that it was this which driving Beth to become a better person.
- No matter how heinous his actions were, even if horrifically justified, he was also a massive scapegoat; as he was abandoned for decades since childhood, refused an apology, presumably killed or at least mutilated, and Beth and her father barely spared him a second thought by the episode's end. Even by the series' standards, he had a terrible fate.
- It was easy to miss, but he was affable, as he entertained and introduced himself to Beth and Rick and offered Beth food when she returned. That said, he's falsely affable to his offspring, as he said they would play a game, and he would eat the babies.
