The Observer is the overarching antagonist of The Specials, they are the world's god and is shown to be someone who simply wants said world to be full of humor and nothing more.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Sent out Glitchtrap in order to remove any animatronic that was no longer playing by their role.
- Had Glitchtrap destroy Chica and left her on the flipside.
- In UCN Special 4, he deleted every animatronic in the special by putting the episode in the trash and emptying it.
- Tried to convince Chica to reset the world with only her in it.
- When Chica refused to reset the world, he tries to reset the world forcefully and violently destroys Chica in the process.
- Even after redeeming himself, he still requested Freddy to lie to the other animatronics about the Chief not coming back, showing that it still has a villainous side.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He redeems himself at the end of The Special Strike Rebellion by bringing everybody back into a new world where he would allow them to rest.
- He has a somewhat comedic defeat, with him being destroyed by Monty spinning into him.
