Inconsistently Heinous Wiki

The Nanobots are supporting antagonists in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius. They are robots that try to follow Jimmy’s commands, yet often misunderstand what he wants to do.

N-1 is voiced by Darran Norris who also voiced Chameleon from T.U.F.F. Puppy while N-2 is voiced by Tom Kenny who voiced Ice King from Adventure Time and SpongeBob.

Their Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Them Heinous?[]

  • When Jimmy Neutron told them that humans are flawed and their flaws make them perfect, the nanobots interpreted that as humans being an extreme error and then tried to delete all humans.
  • They deleted Cindy and Libby and then tried to delete Carl and Sheen.
  • When Jimmy told them that he didn’t want to be deleted, they believe that Jimmy wants to be deleted, being a flawed human, and decided to leave him be until the final deletion because they weren’t sure whether to follow his current direction or their interpretation of his previous direction.
  • Deleted all of the humans in the school.
  • After deleting the classmates, they deleted everybody in Retroville except for Hugh.
  • The nanobots then noticed that the entire planet was filled with human life and decided to delete all humans on Earth.
  • A number was given to their kill count, 37,582, which was shown on the lab’s screen and is a reliable number for a large city such as Retroville.
  • The nanobots are then shown deleting 2 people in France, raising their kill count to at least 37,584.
  • They then showed up at Jimmy’s lab, where they deleted Carl and Sheen, raising their kill count to at least 37,586.
  • Tried to delete Jimmy Neutron, which highly implies that all humans on Earth have been deleted as the nanobots previously said that they would save Jimmy as the final deletion, and while Hugh was alive, the nanobots did not realize this.
  • At Retroville once again, they noticed that their trash bin was full and then tried to empty it. This is bad as the people inside it would be permanently deleted.
  • They were willing to delete Jimmy Neutron as well.
  • While they are noticeably faster and more powerful than ordinary human beings, unlike Meldar Prime and Evil Jimmy Neutron, the nanobots did not have technology that can affect an entire planet at once, nor are they capable of building such equipment as they are not advanced scientists, yet still managed to temporarily delete at least 37,586 people and threatened to delete all of Earth, and were shown willing to permanently delete people.

What Makes Them Inconsistent?[]

  • They were rather comedic, as they had silly music play during their attempted genocide, they had comedic lines, and their defeats were comedic.
  • The nanobots had legitimately good intentions, they simply misinterpreted orders.
  • Due to them being A.I.s, the nanobots lacked moral agency.
  • Cared for their creator Jimmy, as well as Hugh later on. Even when they threatened to delete Jimmy, they did so only because they thought Jimmy told them to do so, and simply aimed to bring Jimmy what they thought he wanted.
