The NPE Killer is a recurring antagonist in the Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles. He is a phantom who travels through several dimensions seeking to exterminate the "Near Pure Evil" status. Despite what his name implies, he doesn't actually kill NPE villains, but rather manipulates events so that they no longer qualify as NPE. He is based on a recurring joke from the NPE wiki's Discord server.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- In order to make a villain named Meltdown from his world heinous enough, he unleashed Zorthenport to torture all of existance and make him count. This action was done out of his petty quest to prove that Near Pure Evil isn't a valid status.
- Manipulating several NPE-to-PE villains to shed any redeeming qualities they once had and commit worse crimes. This is one of his most frequently-used tactics. Via these manipulations, the NPE Killer is partially responsible for many heinous crimes of other villains.
- Giving several other NPE-to-PE villains the resources they need to commit even more heinous crimes so that they can pass the heinousness standards of their respective worlds, making him outright responsible for their crimes as well.
- Manipulating several villains to commit more heinous acts, so that other villains from the same verse who are ranked NPE will fail heinousness standards to them. This is another one of his most frequently-used tacticts. By doing this, he is responsible for the crimes of said other villains.
- Kidnapping and torturing the Batman Who Laughs by forcing him to watch the entirety of The Good Place fourty-one times until he developed moral agency.
- Invading the mind of Superwoman to make her love for Owlman fake.
- Influencing Toby Fox to create Spamton G. Spamton as part of an initially successful but ultimately failed plan to make King fail the heinousness standards, thus being responsible of all of Spamton's crimes, including mass murder.
- Blackmailing Crystallic, the creator of Inkopolis Chaos, into revising his work's heinousness standards so that Scarlet Spiker can be CM.
- Having the Orb of Power mind-control Bowser (Super Mario 63), removing his moral agency.
- Adding plagarized content to Oceanman's Pastamonsters in order to get every single villain from that verse removed.
- Emotionally abusing Absolutionist to the point that he wanted to delete the page for Absolution Arc Zomboss.
- Harassing Konstantin Rodzaevsky to the point of contemplating suicide to make him remorseful.
- Using false information to get Doma removed.
- Trying and failing to make the Green Goblin even more heinous than he already was.
- Murdering 12 random people simply because the Cat got his page restored.
- He put the Benchmark Void in charge of his "standard duties" for two weeks while on vacation, despite the Benchmark Void being deeply malevolent and destructive.
- Demoted Audrey II which ended up creating Audrey The Destroyer.
- Despite the high heinousness standards of the VFW Chronicles, the NPE Killer stands out due to his lack of resources. He is just a Phantom without a physical body, and he can only influence events in the material world by manipulating other people.
- He even outheinouses the IH Killer due to the fact he has lore unlike the IH Killer and even having less resources than the reaper who ironically could have done worse.
- He also manages to be more heinous than Mega Jack Horner thanks to having low resources despite Jack committing mass Omnicide.
- While he isn't proud of his crimes, he has no remorse for them either with.
- He eventually became the father to the VB Scout who ended up making VB Villainous more heinous and less preventions to be removed from there so they can qualify as IH, NPE or PE which resulted in said villains committing their atrocities in the first place.
What Makes Him Inconsistent[]
- Being a joke character written to spoof the concept of NPE removals, the NPE Killer is obviously not meant to be taken seriously.
- He is on & off, as he will do good deeds as well as bad ones to advance his goals. He has manipulated several NPE-to-IH villains into actually developing more redeeming qualities and becoming better people, in some cases even being responsible for villains being redeemed. He is also willing to lessen the impact of some villains' crimes to give other NPE-to-PE ones a chance to stand out. He does these sorts of things just as often as he influences others to be more evil.
- He is genuinely affable, as he is "a usually friendly and neutral individual" when not working with his obsession. He is even polite when he's manipulating people.
- Despite him feeling no remorse for his crimes, he can still feel remorse to some degree as he felt bad for demoting Audrey II and turning him into Audery The Destroyer which would have gone to create an trend of others copying Mega Jack Horner's killing sprees that resulted in mass death.
Trivia[]
- He is currently the only character in the Mega Jack Cinematic Universe to be Inconsistently Heinous as other characters either have no story or fail the high heinous standards (often both).
