The Cat is the final antagonist of the YouTube skit Sniper Pug, made by Thomas Ridgewell (TomSka). He is a cat who works for a group of terrorists that attempt to ignite a dirty bomb.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- For some unknown reason, he began working with a group of terrorists in order to detonate a dirty bomb.
- After the rest of his teammates were taken out, he personally detonated the bomb himself.
- This would cause the deaths of the 4 soldiers, and due to the dirty bomb containing radioactive materials, it likely contaminated the surrounding area.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is played entirely for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously, due to the fact that he's just a regular cat who works for a group of terrorists.
- His moral agency is questionable at best, given how he is a cat.
- Due to having only one line and a few seconds of screentime, he lacks sufficient characterization.
