“ | Pete: Y'know, I got my big break when I was just a kid. I got cast in the biggest movie in the world, as the boy who wouldn't grow up, Peter Pan. I'd never been so happy in my entire life! Then I got older, and they threw me away like I was nothing. Chip: This business can be so tough. Pete: You said it. I was scared, desperate, and all alone. So, I decided to take the power back, and make my own bootleg movie! I called it: Flying Bedroom Boy. And guess what. It worked! I made lots of money. So, I "recruited" other toons to star in more movies. And bang-a-rang, now I run my own bootleg movie studio, where I get to decide who's a star, and who gets thrown in the trash. And now you two come pokin' around where ya don't belong. Asking questions about your missing friend, and I can't have that. So how's this for a break?! I'm thinking it's time for a Chip 'n Dale reboot! |

Peter Pan, later known as Sweet Pete, is the main antagonist of the 2022 Disney+ hybrid film Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, which serves as a "meta" continuation of the 1980s classic animated show of the same name.
He is a former Disney child star who starred as Peter Pan in the 1953 animated feature film of the same name. However, after being cast out from the industry due to growing up, Pete turned into the most ruthless Los Angeles crime boss, becoming the leader of the Valley Gang, which leads a toon trafficking operation in which toons are transformed into bootleg characters to make overseas bootleg films.
He was voiced by Will Arnett.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- He led a toon trafficking operation in which countless toons that didn't pay up the Valley Gang for protection were kidnapped, transformed into bootleg characters while their mouths were removed so they wouldn't scream, and then forced to make bootleg movies, doing this to Monterey Jack when he bought too much cheese to pay the Valley Gang.
- This isn't Fridge Horror, as when Flounder is bootlegged he is shown to suffer through the transformation.
- He kept the body parts of countless toons as trophies in his headquarters.
- Among the weapons he had to torture his enemies, he had a little bottle of Dip, which may imply that he has committed mass murder against some Toons.
- He tried to bootleg Chip 'n Dale by trapping them in the bootleg machine.
- He is implied to be abusive towards Gadget Hackwrench, who is the former love interest of Chip and Dale.
- He rejected Chip's idea to redeem himself, as he pretended to feel remorse for his actions by saying they were right about what he was doing, only to then say that Chip 'N Dale are the worst actors in Hollywood.
- He tried to kill Chip 'n Dale in the climax by shooting them with his Banzai Bill cannon.
- After being arrested by Ugly Sonic and the FBI, he shot at Chip and tried to kill him, leading Dale to sacrifice himself, though fortunately Dale survived.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is way too comedic to be PE or NPE, as he is a parody of Peter Pan and has comedic moments such as the fact that his victims end up in bootleg movies that are blatant parodies of movies by Video Brinquedo, him being revealed as Peter Pan with Dale thinking he looks old and bald, his entire backstory being a parody of what happened to Bobby Driscoll, him shouting "that's my personal bathroom" after Chip and Dale hide in the bathroom, him being said to go to a Russian bathhouse every Wednesday, him tracking Chip and Dale by following Chip's social media account, him meeting one of the Lost Boys at FanCon and saying that death is coming for us all when the Lost Boy told him he got old, him shouting "cook-a-rook-a-roo" when trying to catch Chip and Dale, him coughing and falling down while chasing Chip and Dale since he pulled something, him taking a bird's soda and drinking it before being disgusted by it being diet, him saying he was "always more of an Alvin and the Chipmunks person" before removing Chip's mouth just to spite him, him referencing the old Men's Warehouse commercial by saying "you're gonna like the way you look, I guarantee it" and saying that he will get away with this reference when Ellie says he will never get away with it, him shouting "cook-a-rook-a-roo" again when trying to bootleg Chip, him making it so that Chip's bootlegging would put a dog snout on his butt, his bootlegged form consisting of a cat head, an Optimus Prime left leg, a Woody right leg, Mickey Mouse shorts, a Shredder right arm, a Banzai Bill right hand, an Utrom Shredder left shoulder, a Wreck-It Ralph left arm, and a coat which is a combination of the costumes of John Silver from Treasure Planet, Yokai from Big Hero 6, and Maleficent, him meowing after his bootlegged form is revealed before referencing Wreck-It Ralph by shouting "I'm gonna wreck stuff!", him making a reference to Jurassic Park by roaring like the T-Rex while a banner saying "Welcome Prince Jahli!" falls down, and Chip and Dale dropping a bunch of barrels on him that he tries to counter with a small pink umbrella.
- He has a genuinely tragic and sympathetic backstory of getting thrown away like he was nothing due to losing his charm through puberty after the filming of Peter Pan, which is played for sympathy despite it not justifying his actions.
Trivia[]
- Some speculate that Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers takes place in the same universe as Who Framed Roger Rabbit due to some references like Roger Rabbit making a cameo, Jessica Rabbit being mentioned and the above mentioned blink-or-miss cameo of the Dip, in addition that the Chip 'n Dale filmmakers developed the movie as a "spiritual successor" to Roger Rabbit but however, he remains Inconsistently Heinous since there is no confirmation they are set in the same universe. However even then if this were true, he wouldn't fail the heinous standard to Judge Doom since he had more resources than Sweet Pete having an literal truckload of the Dip to work with and attempted to destroy an entire city of toons, compared to a small container that Sweet Pete had and lacked the resources to do an similar act, he would also be able to stand out from Judge Doom for his Bootlegging torturing people as they suffer through the process of their bodies being altered, stealing bodyparts of many toons he bootlegged, and his personal villainy towards Chip & Dale would be enough to allow him to remain Inconsistently Heinous anyways.
- Sweet Pete is, alongside Mr. Chairman, one of the two characters from hybrid animated/live-action films to be Inconsistently Heinous.
- Earlier plans for the film meant to have an adult Charlie Brown fill the role as the villain before it was decided to have Peter Pan fill in the role instead to avoid having to pay for licensing. Had it been kept it would've only been the only version of Charlie Brown to be Inconsistently Heinous.
