The Source of all living matter is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside King Fritz) of the Attack on Titan franchise. It is a primordial entity that attached itself to Ymir Fritz, granting her the Power of the Titans.
It's Evil Ranking[]
What Makes It Heinous?[]
- While it could be argued that it had no will of its own or awareness of its actions, it showed some hostility, indicating it had at least some awareness of its actions.
- It attached itself to Ymir Fritz, allowing her to use its powers to commit mass murder and begin the world's Dark Ages under the name of the Fritz family, leading to around 1,900 years of non-Eldians being forced into horrific slavery.
- Later on, it attaches itself to Eren Yeager, making it also responsible for the Rumbling occuring alongside Ymir Fritz.
- While separated from Eren at Fort Salta, it dispersed gas turning numerous citizens into mindless Pure Titans then viciously attacked the allies fighting against Eren in self-defense.
What Makes It Inconsistent?[]
- It had no personality or clear goal, and seemed to be just an animal, making it a Generic Doomsday Villain.
