Sonic the Hedgehog is the main protagonist and antagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog YouTube series Sonic's Badnik Massacre by TheFlamingWarrior.
He is a malicious serial killer who loves tormenting and murdering several innocent Badniks just to fuel his sadistic desires. Unlike his official incarnation, he lacks any heroic traits and is a completely cold and heartless monster.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
In General[]
- Unlike the canon version of Sonic, who destroyed Badniks due to them being evil, attacking innocent citizens, having innocent animals powering them, and helping Dr. Eggman's evil plans, this Sonic destroyed these Badniks with zero reason or motivation and seemed to only do it for his sadistic pleasure rather than to be a genuine hero (as these Badniks did nothing particularly evil in the series unlike in the games). The Badniks also did not seem like they specifically went after Sonic, and the few times they damaged him were accidental (as Sonic usually attacked them first).
- The Badniks also seemed to be sentient similar to their canon counterparts, as it was seen in Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 4 a group of two Blasters being visibly terrified of Sonic's prescience, nullifying the excuse of them being mindless drones.
- Unlike his official counterparts, he was never shown having any allies whatsoever and seemed to have no care about anyone other than himself.
- While he did originally start out with no personality due to having no lines, he outgrew this by the time the events of Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 4 happened, where he spoke and was shown to have a sadistic personality.
Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 1[]
- He maliciously murdered a Blastoid for no reason whatsoever. While it was never shown how he killed the Blastoid, it was likely a very graphic death considering what he did later on.
Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 2[]
- He threw a bomb at a Bata-Pyon, exploding and killing it in the process. The Bata-Pyon did nothing wrong to Sonic, meaning he just exploded them for no reason other than to fuel his sadistic desires.
Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 3[]
- He shot and killed a random Blaster just because he accidentally got hit by it. While the Blaster did hit him first, it was entirely an accident and even then, it was a flimsy excuse as what he did to the Blaster was far worse than what the Blaster did to him.
Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 4[]
- He became a Sonic.exe-like entity and proceeded to throw a bomb at a Blaster somewhere in a purgatory like area, blowing the Blaster up in the process. He then proceeded to teleport to two other extremely terrified Blasters (possibly implied to be the Blaster's loved one and their child, since one of the Blasters was smaller than the other one) as he brutally murdered them by distorting reality. The end of the short, showed Sonic above the three Blasters he murdered in the short, now looking purple and completely lifeless.
- It was heavily implied that he was forever tormenting these Blasters' souls in a fate far worse than death. These Blasters did nothing wrong to Sonic in the first place, meaning him killing them and further torturing them beyond the grave seemed like something he was doing for his own sadistic pleasure rather than him doing it for self-defense.
- It was also implied that the Blaster in the beginning of the short was the one he killed in Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 3. If true, this would make Sonic's actions far worse, as he sadistically tortured the Blaster even further by killing it again, torturing and brutally murdering its family, and forever tormenting their souls in a fate worse than death.
Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 5[]
- When it accidentally got hit by it, he tried to kill the Blaster by jumping on it multiple times, running into it, and dropping the bubble shield box on top of it, only to somehow not be able to kill it, irritating him.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Sonic's Badnik Masssacre was a parody series and it was never taken seriously (at least early on). Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 1 to Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 3 especially had laughably poor editing and several memes that seemed to be more taken as jokes rather than actually being serious. While Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 4 seemed to be a lot more serious compared to the previous parts (as Sonic's actions were never treated as jokes and were taken seriously), all of its seriousness were omitted in Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 5.
Trivia[]
- Despite losing seriousness in Sonic's Badnik Massacre Part 5, the series could still potentially take a more serious tone moving forward, thus giving him a chance to be Near Pure Evil or even Pure Evil.
