Sir Topham Hatt, also known as the Fat Controller, is one of the main recurring characters of the HourofPoop channel. He is the main antagonist of the YTP The Trainkillers, as well as minor character in in some of the duo's other Thomas and Friends YTPs, such as The Silly Sods of Sodor, THOVIS, and The Perks of Central Parker.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Tells Professor Marcus to kill all of the Engines of Sodor due to him not wanting them anymore.
- He tells Marcus to dispose of James properly.
- When Marcus calls Hatt, he tells him that he never planned on paying him showing that he is a traitor.
- Cowardly Runs away before crashing into Michael Rosen.
- Posthumously kills Marcus with a bomb.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- While taken seriously in-universe, coming from a YTP he's played for laughs & is a parody of the real Topham.
Trivia[]
- He's the only Thomas & Friends villain to be Inconsistently Heinous, as well as the only one to come from a fanon.
- While IH, in some videos he's shown to be heroic but however it does not make him On & Off as those are non-canon so they do not make him IA.
