“ | Ah, it's simple. Every harvest moon, I must drain the life force from victims lured to my island to preserve my immortality. | „ |
~ Simone explaining her true plot. |

Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- Being a werewolf cat, she and Lena have been luring people to their island for 200 years and pulling their vitality out of them, after which their victims turned into zombies and were doomed to eternal torment. This gives her a very high murder rate.
- Together with Lena, she recruited the ferryman Jacques to bring people to their island, promising him eternal life in return.
- When Lena brought Mystery Incorporated to the island, Simone was initially unhappy and treated them rudely (especially Scooby, since she hates dogs), but then she saw the benefit from this and began to pretend to be friendly to them.
- Together with Lena, she lured Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Beau to the basement, where they tied them up with voodoo dolls and revealed their true identity and goals for pulling the life force out of them.
- Unlike Lena, who was worried about Jacques, Simone didn't care about him and the main thing for her was to absorb the vital forces.
- She, Lena, and Jacques make one last attempt to absorb the powers from Mystery Incorporated before their time runs out and they crumble.
- Despite the film's comedic tone, Simone is never played for laughs and is taken very seriously.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She has a tragic past: once she was a kind woman who, along with Lena and other Southerners, lived peacefully on the island and worshipped a Cat deity until Morgan Moonscar and his crew of pirates arrived on their island, who killed everyone, but Simone and Lena managed to escape. And then they cursed the pirates and asked the Cat Deity to destroy them, after which they turned into werecats and dealt with the pirates. But they realized too late that they cursed themselves, and every time they start to turn into werecats, they will need to absorb the powers from people, otherwise they will die. While her past does not fully excuse her actions, it is still played for too much sympathy for Simone to be Near Pure Evil.
- She is a villain involuntarily, because she does not want to be a werecat and absorbs the forces of people only in order to survive.
- She clearly cared about Lena and her cats, as well as those people who were killed by the pirates, and therefore wanted to avenge them.
- Her death (as well as Lena's) is played for sympathy with sad music playing as they die.
