Shego is the secondary antagonist of the Disney Channel animated series Kim Possible.

Perhaps the most complicated character on the show, she alternates between villainess, anti-heroine, and heroine over the course of the series. She is one of the two archenemies of Kim Possible, the other being Dr. Drakken.

She is voiced by Nicole Sullivan.

Her Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Her Heinous?[]

  • Once she was a heroine, and a member of the GO team, but she left there only because her brothers annoyed her.
  • She joined the evil Doctor Drakken as the main enforcer and willingly helped him in his plans to take over the world.
  • She proves herself to be disrespectful to her boss. Additionally, she decided to leave Drakken to find his own way out of prison.
  • She tried to kill Kim in every possible way, and sometimes in very sophisticated ways, while sadistically mocking her during the fight.
  • She threatened Motor Ed more than once when he tried to flirt with her, and even beat him up several times (although he liked it).
  • Although she is only Drakken's assistant, she is much more dangerous and competent than him, and also much more sadistic.
  • In one episode, she was about to attack Kim's grandmother and other elderly people objecting to her, showing that she had no problem hurting her elders.
  • In the future, she was able to seize power over the world and turn it into a terrible dystopia.
  • She brainwashes almost everyone who serves her, with only a few exceptions, who are instead wearing shock collars to torture obedience, including Drakken.
  • Although she initially helped Kim and her brothers against Aviarius, after defeating him, she betrays her brothers and Kim, and decides to use his powers for herself, while realizing and enjoying her villainy.
  • When Drakken called her something wrong, she threw him off the aircraft, though it’s played for laughs.
  • When Drakken becomes kind and Ron becomes evil because of the behavior, she is more than willing to give up Drakken for Ron, proving how much she likes being evil. It's only when Ron surpasses her that she begins to regret this decision.
  • Although she has many comedic moments, they do not detract from her villainy and within the plot she is taken completely seriously (unlike most other villains of this animated series).

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]

  • She is a rather complex and ambiguous character, and her image often changes throughout the animated series (from a real villain to an anti-villain / anti-heroine).
  • She still respects Kim as a rival, because sometimes she even saved her from mortal danger.
  • She was somewhat attached to Senior Junior, trained him in villainy and really wanted him to be her partner.
  • Although she denies it herself, she has her own code of honor.
    • She strongly opposes Drakken's cloning plan to the point that she briefly stops working for him until his cloning plan fails, though it is implied this is partly because two of her annoying brothers have the power to create copies of themselves.
    • It is shown that she is disappointed in Kim for lying to her best friend and her parents, though Shego’s relationship with her own family is sour.
    • She find it low on Dr. Drakken and Moter Ed for stealing Felix’s wheelchair.
  • Although she is mostly very rude and mocking to everyone, sometimes she is really friendly to Drakken, Kim and Ron. She is nicer to Drakken in So The Drama though she criticizes his slumber parties being part of his evil plan.
  • When she temporarily became good against her will, she became friends with Kim. And although it was against her will, after her return to the evil form, it was shown that deep down she appreciated her friendship with Kim a little.
  • In the most recent episode of the animated series, she and Drakken team up with Kim and Ron against alien invaders, and she decides to rescue Drakken from them. And in the end, she presumably stopped being evil, and Drakken was finally able to put his brilliant plan into action, after which it is implied she sincerely fell in love with him. At the very least, they became friends.
