Sarah Henderson, later known as Needlemouse (or more accurately, Needlemouse Sonic), is the titular main antagonist of the analog horror web series Needlem0use.
A fanatically aggressive and vengeful spirit, Sarah was accidentally killed and had her death covered up by her close friends. After thirty years of continuously suffering in her own personal hell, Sarah slipped into madness and went on a murder spree, killing her ex-friends and trapping their souls in her digital prison to suffer alongside her, driving herself further into insanity in the process. She is Luther Artwright's arch-nemesis.
She is voiced by Just Sammiie.

- Michael claimed that she walked over them, but she was shown to be nice and friendly on flashbacks, so this can be because she was drunk. But the author confirms that she really "walked over them," but it's possible that she was nice to Luther due to having a better relationship with him while her friendship with the other two was strained due to being a lesbian in the 60s.
What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- She killed Michael by ripping up the upper half of his head and took out his eyes before infusing his soul in the data of Knuckles, later psychologically torturing him with the imagery of his family.
- She brutally killed Martin by melting his face off before infusing his soul in the data of Robotnik. She makes him relive his death when he claimed Michael got it easier compared to him. She also promised to kill his family and friends if he doesn't confess (but ultimately she didn't do it).
- She recorded all of her killing in tapes to show for Martin and later Luther. Despite Luther confessing that he covered up her death, she still killed him while stating that she won't forgive him and infused his soul in the data of Tails.
- She planned to kill Tom due to being Luther's son to spite for him and for uncovering the disk.
- She brutally killed Kyle by melting him in a gory fashion while he was screaming because he wanted to found out the secrets from the disk, making this the moment where she gone too far since she murdered an innocent. This deed is made worse since he was basically her adopted son since her girlfriend adopted him in her memory.
- She nearly kills Tom but his father stopped her, though the boy has an injured arm thanks to her.
- Despite being influenced by Atem, she did most of her actions on her own and showed sadism on her killings.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She is genuinely tragic; after being accidentally killed by people she saw as her close friends as a result of a drunken mishap, her death was covered up by them, and her soul spent 30 years in a void with the memory of her death playing over and over again untile her anger and hatred grew, thus leading to the creation of Atem and her villainy.
- She has moral agency issues due to her sheer insanity and damaged psyche since she was trapped in a void for thirty years while seeing the memory of her death continuously.
- She showed remorse when she killed Kyle and was unsure about killing him beforehand, but the entity Atem convinced her to do it.
- She redeems herself by letting go of her anger and move on to the afterlife along with her adoptive son, Kyle.
Trivia[]
- Originally, Sarah was going to have a symbiotic dynamic with her Sonic vessel, taking over his body and forcing him to commit her murders against his will. Had this been used, it would have made Sarah more heinous.
- She is the only Creepypasta character to be Inconstantly Heinous that is from a video game and to be from Sonic the Hedgehog series and she alongside Demonic Sailor Moon are also the only female ones so far as the aforementioned ones are either male or genderless that uses it and/or he/him pronouns.
