Rina Shioi is an antagonist in the psychological horror series Mahou Shoujo Site. She later redeemed herself and joined Aya and her group on a quest to investigate the magical girl site and put an end to the tempest.

She was voiced by Aina Suzuki.

• Used her camera stick to steal the identity of Saki Shizukume.
• Joined the site admins as a magical hunter to gather as many sticks as possible by killing more magical girls.
• She brutally killed 3 teenage girls by crushing their skulls to steal their magical sticks.
• Invaded the house of Nijimi Anazawa to reach one of her victims.
• It is implied that she killed some of Nijimin’s bodyguards.
• Her murder of Mikado Ikemata traumatized Nijimin to the point where she became obsessed with murdering her.
• Taunted Nijimin about having killed Mikado.
• At some point attempted to brutally murder Kayo Komura and Sakura Sakaki for their sticks.
• Betrayed her close friend Tsuyuno and plotted to kill her.
• Attempted to brutally murder Aya and Tsuyuno.
• Tortured Aya with electric magic during their fight.
• Was a jerk and lethal even after redeeming herself.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?

• She is rather tragic as she was horribly bullied by being sprayed with cold water, beaten up, verbally abused, and being force-fed insects, making her insecure about her appearance, as well as giving her a phobia of bugs, she was also lied to as the site admins manipulated her into believing that she would survive the tempest by doing their bidding.
• She is usually played for black comedy.
• She is a villain by proxy due to having been manipulated by the site admins.
• Redeems herself and joins the rest of the magical girls in stopping the tempest, becoming a full-on hero.
