NOTE: This about the version of Rimuru Tempest from StormVideoes' videos as his canon self do not qualify as Inconsistently Heinous

Rimuru Tempest is main protagonist of The Day Rimuru Lost Everything & Became Evil by StormVideos. Unlike his canon self, this one arrived too late after the Falmuth Kingdom Invasion to find everyone he knew and love dead with seemly betrayed by his allies where he would go on a rampage before being subdued by Milim Nava and Veldora Tempest.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

In General[]

  • Aside from Clayman he has no other villains to compete in heinousness since this take place in a alternate timeline meaning he doesn't need go compete with the main series villains.

The Day Rimuru Lost Everything & Become Evil[]

  • He would absorb the dead bodies of the Jura-Tempest Federation to become more powerful.
  • He would destroy the Kingdom of Falmuth and Dwargon devouring millions of it's people alive including children.
  • He intends on wiping out the human nations and enslaving any left so monsters can rule over them.
  • When Carrion opposed him, he would kill him and took out his forces. Rimuru would later on fight Clayman and wipe out his army while heroic on paper but was out of self-defense.
  • He intended on going after Milim Nava's power fighting her as two’s fight caused destruction where he devoured a village to regain his power. He then attempted to absorb her power before Veldora Tempest's intervention stopped him.
  • He would attempt to eliminate Milim and Veldora to continue his rampage only to fall to them.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He is FAR too tragic and sympathetic for Near Pure Evil as unlike his canon self, he arrived back to his nation far too late where everyone else he loved dead and seeing their bodies after his nation was subjected horrified him especially seeing Shion and Shuna's bodies seemly violated before being out of their misery. When he summoned Ranga out, a trap killed him the only one left of his nation being gone. The act of genocide on his people ultimately broke him and caused his villainy that lead to him going on his rampage in the first place.
    • Since he was driven into villainy it makes him a Villain by Proxy since he never choice to be evil completely on his free will.
  • He is a scapegoat due to doing nothing wrong prior to his villainy where his entire nation culled by humans and his former allies out of sheer fear and xenophobia as he ultimately wanted to co-exist peacefully.
    • Especially some of his allies in this depiction like Gazel Dwargo betrayed him unlike in the original series who stayed loyal to the end. This break in his trust only makes his scapegoatism worse.
  • He is somewhat of a well intended extremist as he wish for monsters to live peacefully even if it mean condemning humankind it has some selfless intent to count.
  • He cares for multiple people as some of his friendships weren't subverted from his canon self:
    • Kaval's Party as it not shown if he subverted when he snapped.
    • Class S students of Shizue Izawa given no mention of them mostly imply it still holds up.
    • Milim Nava and Veldora Tempest while it was subverted, it was undone in his final moments.
    • And finally his people in the Jura-Tempest Federation he consider his family their deaths being solo reason why he did his crimes.
  • He somewhat shown remorse for his actions when he thought if it what his family really wanted him to rampage when he thought of it before pushing off to the side to deal with Clayman's forces.
  • He shown to have standards against rape as he was angered when he learned Shogo Taguchi was the one who violated and killed Shion & Shuna.
  • His death is played for lots of sympathy by the video's narrative and in-universe in his final moments after being fatally injured by Milim Nava and Veldora Tempest, he express his sadness of his family's loss and the two show sympathy towards him where he knew he can see his family again as he slowly died with two in front of him and mourn his loss.

Trivia[]

  • He and his Forsaken Future version are the only versions of Rimuru Tempest to be Inconsistently Heinous.
