Riley Freeman is one of the two main protagonists (alongside Huey Freeman) of The Boondocks comedy series. He is the grandson of Robert Freeman and brother of Huey Freeman.
He was voiced by Regina King.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- On a daily basis, he tends to say the N-word or call things gay. He will also frequently criminal acts for fun like vandalism, theft or even helping Ed Wuncler and Gin Rummy terrorize Woodcrest.
- He agrees to shoot Ed out of a second floor window while he is wearing a bulletproof vest.
- He supports R. Kelly despite his obvious guilt of pedophilia. He even got his brother to stop his protests to the ignorant jury.
- He and Robert lie that the latter is blind so they can have their car fixed and get other stuff.
- He steals a car along with Gangstalicious.
- He repeatedly stalked and assaulted a Mall Santa out of vengeance for not getting him a good Christmas present.
- When playing basketball, he uses insults to psychologically destroy his opponents to distract them, such as bringing up their family issues.
- While playing cops and robbers with the babysitter, he tied her up, pointed a gun at her head, and robbed her.
- When hanging out with Lamilton, he initially went along with his criminal ideas of fun which included:
- Smoking with cigarettes, despite their young age.
- Took joyride from Lamilton in his grandmother's stolen car (despite both being eight years old) who made it blatantly clear he doesn't care who could've gotten hurt.
- Pushing a flaming bed and naked dolls over a bridge and onto the highway, causing an assortment of accidents and potential injuries, because of that.
- Tipping over a porta-potty with a man inside of it.
- Shooting guns filled with urine and hot sauce at people.
- Briefly agreed to help him rob a rich person's house.
- Him and Robert knowingly sold hair gel that contains explosive properties. This would neglectfully turn them into terrorists as the explosions could endanger multiple people by setting them on fire and even risked blowing up a plane as two women were about to board. Even after learning of its dangers, they decide to sell it too gangsters.
- He enjoyed watching Tom get sexually harassed by the Booty Warrior and even blurted out Tom's real name against his wishes.
- He helped Ed Wuncler and Gin Rummy kidnap Oprah.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Like most characters in the show, he is almost always played for laughs, with him constantly trying to act like a tough thug.
- He is on and off, having occasional heroic moments.
- He cares for a multitude of others including his family and friends. He also idolizes and respects the rapper Gangstalicious.
- Riley, along with his brother, his grandfather and everyone else who is in debt, rebelled against Ed Wuncler Jr., destroyed the slave-owning amusement park Freedomland to regain their freedom, as well as being free from being in debt to Ed Wuncler Jr.
- He has moral standards as he is disturbed when LaMilton shoots a dog and commits other crimes.
