Richter, also known as Experiment 513, is a supporting character in the science fiction cartoon Lilo & Stitch: The Series. He was the five-hundred-thirteenth genetic lifeform created by Jumba Jookiba. He was programmed to seek out a planet's weakest geological point so he could create a massive Earthquake and destroy said planet.

He was voiced by Tress MacNeille.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

  • Immediately after he was activated, he created an earthquake on a beach, which could have killed several people. He even sadistically laughed about this.
  • He attacked Stitch and Lilo when they tried to capture him.
  • He later tried to kill the two by causing rocks to fall on them.
  • He tried to split the Earth in half by making a giant earthquake.
  • While he did stop the earthquake, it was only so he could have Stitch's orange ball.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He has moral agency issues, as most of Jumba's creations were programmed to be inherently evil.
  • He redeems himself by starting a new life as a Rental Shack employee. He even joins the battle against the Leroy clones, fully cementing his status as a hero.
