Redmond Mann is one of two secondary antagonists from the valve game Team Fortress 2. He is the founder and CEO of Reliable Excavation Demolition and Twin brother/rival of Blutarch Mann, Brother of Gray Mann and Son of Zepheniah Mann.

He is voiced by Nolan North who also voiced Blutarch in the same series, Dr. Edward Richtofen in Call of Duty: Zombies, and Martin Walker in Spec Ops: The Line.

What Makes him Heinous?

• He convinced Zepheniah Mann to buy worthless land in New Mexico.
• He hired men to kill Blutarch Mann for their father's inheritance.
• He says the pregnancy machine was his idea when it was Blutarch who came up with it.
• He bribed the BLU Team in Scream Fortress.
• When he loses in Scream Fortress, he takes the the BLU team to hell with him.
• When he wins in Scream Fortress, he sends his own team to hell so he doesn't have to pay them.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?

• He belongs in Team Fortress, a series where almost no one is taken seriously. Because of this, he has too many comedic and incompetent moments to be NPE or even PE.
• When push comes to shove he can work together with his brother even if it's for rather selfish reasons.
• Despite hating Blutarch he genuinely loved his father.
