Rachel is the main antagonist of "B.F.F R.I.P.", the second segment of The Simpsons Halloween special "Treehouse of Horror XXVII".
She is Lisa's former imaginary friend who goes on a manhunt killing anyone whom Lisa is close to so she can spend more time with her.
She was voiced by Sarah Silverman.

What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- Having initially been friends with Lisa as her imaginary friend, Rachel shedded this quality when Lisa outgrows her becoming a vengeful and vindictive serial killer, with her care for Lisa being pure obsession.
- She killed many of Lisa's friends just because she couldn't accept anyone else having her if she can't, killing Janey by running her over with Ned's lawnmower, killing Sherri and Terri by dropping a boulder on them, killing Lisa's therapist Miss Mancuso-Gluckman by dropping a portrait on her, and killing Milhouse by suffocating him to death with a plastic bag, before having her framed for all of it.
- After learning Marge was the one who told Lisa to move on from her, she tried to kill Marge by throwing a kitchen knife at her, only for the family cat, Snowball II, to sacrifice herself to save Marge by jumping in the knife's trajectory and getting stabbed instead, for which Rachel had no remorse and just tried to kill Marge again with an iron.
- She gloated to Lisa she will kill everyone she loves, including Homer, Marge, and Maggie, and that Lisa will get the blame for all of it because nobody else can see her.
- After learning Homer can see her due to being drunk, she tried to kill him by strangling him, before trying to kill Homer's imaginary friend, Sergeant Sausage, by trapping and overheating him in a microwave even though he tried to reason with her, followed by a final attempt to kill Marge.
- Although she is motivated by Lisa "abandoning" her, it does not make her tragic due to her actions and it isn't played with sympathy.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She is too comedic for PE or NPE, such as her killing Sherri and Terri instantly after they ask to be Lisa's best friend, killing Miss Mancuso-Gluckman instantly after the therapist asks Lisa to think of her as her best friend, Milhouse asking why his mom double-wrapped his plastic bag when she suffocates her, telling Lisa to text her, and Lisa defeating her by imagining her turning into her mother and being married to a dentist.

- Rachel, alongside King Snorky, is one of the two "Treehouse of Horror" villains in The Simpsons to not be alternate versions of the main characters.
