The RED Medic is the main protagonist of the Team Fortress 2 Best Comedy Saxxy Award-winning YouTube video Healirious. He is a RED Medic that, unlike his counterpart of the main game, is more prone to murder and offense than healing. After being constantly called too many times by his teammates for even the most ridiculous of reasons, he would go crazy and murder them in cold blood so he can be left alone.

What Makes Him Heinous?

• As soon as the video starts, the Medic can be seen with various weapons in his hand such as the Ubersaw, Crusader's Crossbow and the Syringe Gun. He also said "I am going to murder so many--" before being interrupted by the Soldier. That hints at he prefers fighting rather than healing.
• Before going crazy, it is clearly seen he doesn't enjoy healing others and is rather annoyed. He even falls asleep when healing the Sniper.
• He doesn't have any moral agency issue. It is shown when his Demon side proposed to kill his friends, to which the Angel side agreed with.
• As soon as the Soldier re-yelled for the RED Medic, the latter killed him with his Ubersaw prior to mocking.
• He tied the rest of his teammates in very big ropes and put them on a railroad. He also used the train to run them over and kill them all while laughing madly.
• Even if he had a therapy lesson with Miss Pauling, nothing indicates he feels remorse for what he has done, as he said "I don't think it's anything to worry about."

What Makes Him Inconsistent?

• He doesn't extend his killing spree further as he only did it to his teammates, having spared Miss Pauling since he needed a therapy lesson. He even thanks her despite leaving her shocked.
• Since the video is a comedy (helped by the fact it won the Saxxy Award for Best Comedy), almost every moment about him isn't taken seriously, including his descent to madness and the murders of his teammates.

Trivia

• He is one of the two Medics to be Inconsistently Heinous, the other being his normal TF2 counterpart.
