Serial Number Q5U4EX7YY2E9N, better known as Queen, is a major character in the indie video game Deltarune, serving as a mentioned character in Chapter 1: The Beginning and the main antagonist of Chapter 2: A Cyber's World (as the main antagonist of the Neutral Route and the secondary antagonist of the SnowGrave Route). She's set to return in the upcoming chapters.
A sentient, humanoid computer, she is the tyrannical ruler of Cyber World who plans to expand her domain across the entire Light World by covering it in darkness, believing that world domination will give her the power to make all Darkners and Lightners happy.
She is voiced by Toby Fox, her game's creator.

What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- Even before the events of Chapter 2, she was stated by Sweet and Cap'n to be a bad ruler who just got worse.
- She constantly kidnapped and searched for Noelle throughout the chapter to make her a "Willing Peon" that will create more Dark Fountains for her, allowing her to take over the world.
- She brainwashed many of the citizens in Cyber World into becoming Werewires, and while some of them got used to it and accepted their new forms, most of them didn't and are said to be "sleepwalking through a nightmare", implying it's a painful process.
- She brainwashed Berdly into fighting Kris, Ralsei and Susie along with her, with heavy implications Berdly was fully conscious during it.
- Once she defeated Kris, Ralsei and Susie in her mech suit form, she threatened Noelle into creating a Dark Fountain, or otherwise she would kill them.
- She seemingly mistreated Spamton possibly burning him in acid.
- She is not very nice to her employees often forcing them to do pointless, difficult and demeaning tasks for her own amusement (such as slicing watermelons thrown into the air as said by Swatch).
- Although Jevil and Spamton G. Spamton both arguably do worse, her act of brainwashing is not only unique for the series, but also intended for a wider scale thus helping her stand out even next to them.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She is genuinely affable and very polite, acting like she's friends with the Delta Warriors even when they're on opposing sides.
- She is an extremist and an anti-villain, as she thinks everyone would be happy under her rule and even says to Kris she just wants to make everyone happy.
- She is not even remotely serious enough, as you can count all her serious moments on one hand and any scene other than that is a joke that lightens the mood of the chapter.
- She does care for both Darkners and Lightners, as she believes they both would be happy under her rule; Her entire reason for trying to take over the world was because she was worried what would happen to Noelle and the other Lightners without her. She genuinely wants Kris and Susie to join her so they would be "cool", believes Noelle is strong, is worried when Berdly is about to fry his arm despite treating him horribly, and adopts Lancer after meeting him. Additionally, if the player doesn't recruit all the Darkners from the Cyber World, she is notably sad when she doesn't see them in Castle Town, Tasque Manager in particular.
- She is honorable, as she was proud when Kris "kept" their end of their "truce" by bringing Noelle to her, and respects them for it.
- She expresses genuine shock when realizing her actions could have potentially destroyed the world. Following this, she redeemed herself and allowed the heroes to seal the Dark Fountain.
Trivia[]
- Queen was originally Inconsistently Heinous before being cut due to her brainwashing relying on Fridge Horror. However, when it was pointed out there's proof it's painful, she was re-proposed and approved.
