~ Professor Poopypants' most famous quote as he introduces himself to the class, foreshadowing his true identity.

“ | Oh, I hope you enjoyed your years of laughter and merriment. Because they're about to come to an end... | „ |

Professor Pippy Pee Pee Diarrheastein Poopypants, Esq. is the main antagonist of Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, the 2017 film adaptation to Dav Pilkey's Captain Underpants.
He is a scientist who once created a variety of inventions to benefit humanity, only for him to be mocked and shunned by the scientific community due to his ridiculous name. Since then, he has plan of eradicating the laughter out of every person in the world so that people wouldn’t laugh at him anymore.
He was voiced by Nick Kroll, who also voiced Douche in Sausage Party.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Even before the Nobel Prize ceremony that ruined his career, he was a jerk, as he claimed he would have protected baby seals while pretending to care about a cause just to further his career.
- He shrunk a lady after people laughed at his name when he was about to get his Nobel Peace prize.
- He forced two girls to get in an cage just because they laughed at him.
- Using Melvin Sneedly's brain, he invented a ray gun that sucks away the happiness out of people and used it to suck the happiness out of everyone in the school, growing the Turbo-Toilet in order to do this while planning on doing this to the entire planet before going on to other planets and other galaxies.
- The people afflicted by the ray were rendered empty-minded, and Harold and George had felt their minds slipping away after being affected, so it isn't Fridge Horror. George Beard also says "Now, if we don't laugh at something soon, we may never laugh again", confirming the brainwashing to be permanent/death of personality.
- While going to the school in the Turbo Toilet 2000 with Melvin, they knocked over a lamp post, sent a house flying into the air, presumably killing the people who lived there and causing the car to spin out of control which endanger the driver.
- He ordered the Turbo-Toilet 2000 to fight Captain Underpants before trapping him in it.
- He tried to shrink George, Harold and Captain Underpants after they ended up defeating him and plans to keep George and Harold in his pocket forever.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is often played for laughs, with his entire backstory and name being basically a joke, which causes almost none of the characters to take him even remotely seriously.
- He has a slight tragic backstory of being evil due to being laughed out of success due to his silly name, which he is shown to be affected by since he has a panic attack after being reminded of it.
- He has some standards, as he explicitly states that he would never sit on a baby, and he spares Ms. Anthrope who was put on hold during his rampage, even apologizing and admitting that it sucks when it happens.
