Panty and Stocking Anarchy are the titular main protagonists of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series.

What Makes Them Heinous?[]
In General[]
- They were known for troublemakers that gotten themselves kicked out of Heaven being reason series happened.
- In some episodes they were shown to neglect their own duties.
- They tend to abuse Briefers Rock and Chuck at times into scapegoatism.
- While the Cosmic Cube and Ramie is more heinous, they have more resources than Panty and Stocking.
Season 1[]
- They would end up eating Cocktimus Prime and Mingeatron's cores making two robots fall apart and two girl girls become robots as they would continue their war. This lead to the two robots becoming full on villains because of it.
- They would end up allowing Panty and Kneesocks to kill Briefers Rock, which disgusted two Demon girls to not do it.
- When the two were turned into zombies, they happily joined in the zombie apocalypse in eating victims.
Season 2[]
- During Panty and Stocking's fight in Daten City they wrecked the city and were shown to be extremely remorseless of it.
- When searching for a ghost in a cafe, they ended up shooting the entire thing, while no one got hurt they still willingly endangered people.
- Later on Panty would be arrested for sexual assault; Sex without a license in the dub and rape in the sub.
What Makes Them Inconsistent?[]
- Their crimes are played for laughs and black comedy making them too comedic for NPE and they can't be Silly NPE either since the show relies on comedic sociopathic humor.
- They are On & Off mostly as Inconsistently Admirable Heroes who done many heroic things.
- They have shown to care for multiple people:
- They originally cared for Ramiel before he shown his true colors of a evil villain. This was only subverted due to his actions.
- They both care about their parents, showing anger against Ramiel for turning them into stone and exploding them.
- They have shown to care for Garterbelt despite their mistreatment of him, with Stocking in particular showing that she cares for him because he made Honekoneko.
- While not explicit, they seem to show some sort of care for Chuck given they are allies despite their abuse and neglect.
- They both have a friendly relationship with Scanty and Kneesocks, with Stocking and Scanty having a alliance against the Ninja Ghost and Panty with Kneesocks going into her 666 birthday party has a replacement for Scanty, with Panty even making her look good.
- Panty genuinely ended up loving Brief, even if she mistreated him and called him a geek boy, she accepted his feelings at the end and even married him.
- For what little he was on screen, both seem to care about Junior, since Panty has photos of her spending time with him and Stocking is in the new role of Garterbelt has a Priestess in their guidance to find both Panty and Brief.
- And even if they sometimes despise and have bad moments, both Panty and Stocking care for each other, shown multiple times when Panty is worried at her for not eating and also being in a ugly relationship with Patrick Fagry.
- Stocking loved Patrick Fagry even when he was a horrible and disgusting ghost, and it was not just her having a fetish, since she her love was genuine enough to make him ascend.
- They also all cared for Vibe, loving her, giving her a home and feeding her, even when Panty was reluctant at first, she ended up loving Vibe and being sad at her ascendance, going to the extent of putting a grave for her.
- They both show genuine friendliness with Impact Cop, wanting to cheer him up after the death of the commissioner by going into a relaxation vacation.
- They shown standards in some cases despite their own hypocrisies themselves:
- Both would let a ghost live as long as it proved not to be dangerous; this is demonstrated with the Cicada Ghost, who was a ghost who only wanted to have sex because he was a virgin all his life and died being one. They even help some move on through peaceful means in some cases without needing to kill them.
- They are also shown to be disturbed at showings of excessive killing, like when Impact Cop burned both internet ghost and the Root of All Evil, being both silent at the sight and even questioning who was the real monster.
- Even when they sometimes have a hard relationship with Scanty and Kneesocks, they are still angry at the new angels for turning them into a Horse out of sheer racism (this may also imply that they are against racism, since in the final episode, they say that their family accepts everyone, angel, demons, humans and hellhounds).
