I always wanted to go out with a bang!
~ One-Eyed Bart

One-Eyed Bart serves as the main antagonist of Andy's fantasy in the Toy Story franchise, specifically serving as the opening antagonist of both Pixar's 1st animated feature-length film Toy Story and its 2010 sequel Toy Story 3.

He is the imaginary evil alter-ego of Mr. Potato Head who is a greedy outlaw willing to resort to whatever means necessary to rob either a bank or a train of its money and is Sheriff Woody's arch-nemesis.

He was voiced by the late Don Rickles.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

  • He attempted to rob a bank while holding everyone in it at gunpoint and had Bo Peep's sheep be tied up on a train rail to use them as hostages in order to force them to give him their money, only to end up being defeated by Sheriff Woody.
  • He attempted to rob a train of its money, and when Woody arrived to bring him to justice, One-Eyed Betty, One-Eyed Bart's wife, knocked him off the train, only for him to land on his horse Bullseye.
  • He blew up the bridge for the train tracks to cross in an attempt to get dozens of orphaned children killed through the train crash before escaping with the stolen money with One-Eyed Betty with the assistance of their trio of accomplices. When Buzz halts their car, he summons his force-field wielding attack dog to prevent them from retaking the money.
  • After Evil Dr. Porkchop saved him and his accomplices from being brought down by Woody and his friends by teleporting them onto his airship and unleashing an army of red monkeys to capture them, One-Eyed Bart tried to kill them with a ray blasted from the airship by preparing to push a button while laughing maniacally, only for Woody and Buzz to defeat him with Woody having Buzz shoot at his badge with his laser to reflect the laser onto the ship to destroy it.
  • While he is married to One-Eyed Betty, it's possible they are only bonding out of their mutual love for theft and money.
  • Due to only being a character in Andy's story, he can't be compared to Lotso.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He isn't taken seriously just like the setting in Andy's fantasy with factors like the whole sequence of him trying to rob the bank in the first film being shown from the perspective of reality as Andy playing with his toys and mimicking voices for them, One-Eyed Betty trying to knock Woody off the train using nunchucks and a purse, the orphans he tried to get killed being portrayed by troll dolls, his accomplices being 3 green three-eyed aliens and him preparing to kill Woody and his allies by pushing a button that would've blasted a laser onto them while laughing maniacally with tension music playing in the background being cut to reality perspective showing that it is once again Andy playing with his toys and that the whole airship he was in with Evil Dr. Porkchop was a cardboard box.

Trivia[]

  • He is the only character from the Toy Story franchise to qualify as Inconsistently Heinous and is ironically not a character in the actual stories of any of the films themselves, only in Andy's fantasy.
