Godzilla.EXE or known as Old Scratch is the main antagonist of the GODZILLA2015.EXE by MUGENWarrior based on the Original Godzilla.EXE 2015 game as an remake of it.

What Makes His Heinous?[]

In General[]

Much like his original counterpart, it isn't confirmed he has moral agency issues since he has the same origins as the Original Godzilla.EXE.
Unlike the extremely loose canon of the Original Godzilla.EXE, it isn't confirmed if his appearance in Friday Night Monsters of Monsters is canon to this version as well, and his appearance in rap battling Boyfriend aren't canon meaning he isn’t comedic.
His world is separate from Monster-G and Sinzilla’s worlds and don’t crossover with each other, meaning he don't need to compete with either them.
Has no redeeming qualities.

GODZILLA2015.EXE[]

Much like the Original Godzilla.EXE he killed Mothra, Gigan and Ghidorah with minor differences:
- He vaporizes Mothra instead of ripping her wings off.
- He crushed Gigan's head instead of just stabbing him.
- He still kills Ghidorah through unknown means, but word of god confirmed he got the worst death out of the three however.
He threatens to kill the player next after asking if they are happy if they killed the 3 and said not to sleep well.
Like the original, he gets away with his crimes.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

Due to him being an Homage to the Original Godzilla.EXE, it means he is a parody of Sonic.EXE like the original as despite being taken seriously in-universe and by the narrative, he still isn’t taken seriously enough to PE or NPE at all.

He, alongside the Original Godzilla.EXE, Sinzilla, and Monster-G, are so far the only versions of Godzilla.EXE to be Inconsistently Heinous so far.
- He, Sinzilla and Monster-G are also the only MUGENWarrior villains to be Inconsistently Heinous so far.
While he may be Inconsistently Heinous currently, it may be challenged if he re-appears and crossover with another villain here since he wasn’t killed off like Sinzilla or Monster-G as if he is outdone he may end up being demoted to Villainous Benchmark or stay if he do enough crimes to standout. Or if he somehow taken more seriously he may end up being NPE or PE which is unlikely.
