Nagi, known by her real name as Uzuko, is the main antagonist of Akiba Maid War.

She is a maid and the leader of the holding company, Creatureland Group, who is notably infamous for her cutthroat, violent nature. She was the former friend of her associate Ranko Mannen, as well as the ward of Michiyo.

She serves as the main arch-nemesis of Nagomi Wahira and the Oinky Doink staff, as she deems them as a threat to the Creatureland, orchestrating many plans to destroy them altogether.

She is voiced by Junko Minagawa in Japanese.

Her Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Her Heinous?[]

  • Her antagonistic hatred towards Nagomi, Ranko and the Oinky Doink staff makes her one of the most personal enemies to them, as she often plots many attempts to put them down for becoming a major threat to the Creatureland Group.
  • She is notably violent and cold, often placing death threats to other maid cafés that do not align to her twisted principles of loyalty and obedience.
  • In the past, she ordered the assassination of her mentor Michiyo through Suehiro in 1985, due to the former's pacifistic ideals as a maid not aligning with hers. She was also responsible for Ranko's false imprisonment, leading to Nagi becoming the new leader of Creatureland Group.
  • Initiated the Akiba Maid Wars, where violence and even murder against rival maids was simply allowed, regardless of the lives that would lose from this endeavor.
  • Outright murdered the Kon Kon Café's manager for her embezzlement attempt against Creatureland.
  • Forced the Debt Collector to rig the Lady Omoe Maid competition, so that the Dazzlion would be declared the winner. However, due to losing against Oinky Doink, Nagi simply murders the Debt Collector for his failure.
  • Formally disowns Oinky Doink from Creatureland, which led to other rival maids unleashing a flurry of threats and intimidation against Nagomi and the Oinky Doink staff.
  • Attempted to manipulate Ranko into forcing her to kill Nagomi and the Oinky Doink staff, as means to allow the maid café to be put back to its parent company again.
  • After Ranko died at the hands of the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam Maid, Nagi becomes a murderous psychopath bent on sending her maid army as revenge against Oinky Doink, now bent on destroying the café and mass-murdering the maids inside as a form of retaliation for Ranko's death.
  • Murdered the General (ramen chef), in spite of the fact that he still is supportive of her and he sees Ranko as her surrogate sister.
  • Murdered both the Cow and Bear Executive, her loyal subordinates, for turning on her. She also murdered the Lion Ace Maid, who was the first maid to praise Nagomi's performance.
  • Throughout Nagomi's performance inside Oinky Doink she decided to shoot her in the torso. She later takes it to another level by shooting Nagomi thrice, when all of the maids who were with Nagi later took her side. This puts Nagomi in serious pain, as shown in the timeskip at the end that Nagomi becomes wheelchair bound.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]

  • Despite being the main perpetrator of Michiyo's death back in 1985, as well as Ranko's imprisonment, it is revealed that she's a troubled person on the inside, given her past as an orphan. Even though she does not acknowledge it, it is clear that her betrayals on both of them only gave her nothing but pain and misery, as she only yearned for their company.
  • Although she no longer sees Ranko as her sworn sister, it is revealed in Episode 12 that she still had showed genuine care for her, in spite of the past betrayal. In fact her death at the hands of the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam Maid was what drove her to Ax-Crazy insanity, leading her to initiate a mass-murder plan against the Oinky Doink staff as a form of revenge.
  • After getting shot in the head by the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam Maid for shooting Nagomi thrice, Nagi simply instead looked at the maid in silence, rather than fighting back and standing defiant after many of her own maids sided with Nagomi thanks to the latter's performance and the Akiba Maid Wars' abolishment. This, with the fact that this is a complete far cry to her cold, vicious nature at the end, as she instead accepted her demise at the hands of Ranko's ironic killer and then Okachimachi by being impaled with a sharpened bamboo stick.
  • A part of Nagi's current personality was revealed from the General (the ramen chef), which is played for sympathy, as he bitterly regretted about him not being able to make things work out between Ranko and her, who only implied to take the blame for what Nagi had become before he was killed by her.

Trivia[]

  • Nagi is one of the two Akiba Maid War villains who is Inconsistently Heinous along with the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam Maid.
