Mr. Mxyzptlk is the main antagonist of the 2000 Elsewords comic book series Worlds Funnest. He is a powerful imp, a cosmic entity and the archenemy/ally of Bat-Mite who had gone on a mass spree, killing superheroes and destroying universes (along with Bat-Mite)

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- He starts a fight between Batman and Superman, which results in their death
- After getting into a fight with Bat-Mite, he begins to slaughter superheroes and eventually starts to destroy not only the earth and other planets, but also destroys the universe and even the phantom zone, killing countless people.
- When the spectre tries to stop the two, mxy kills him by cracking his skull in with a planet.
- After destroying the entire universe of Earth-1, the two would travel to Earth-2, where mxy would once again begin a killing spree going around killing superheroes.
- Mxy would go on to destroy Earth-2 and its universe with Bat-Mite once again escaping to the alternate earth, Earth-3 where they would encounter the Crime Syndicate of America (Earth 3's Justice League) which mxy would once again slaughter and destroy the universe of Earth-3.
- On Earth-x, Mxy would go on to slaughter the majority of superheroes, and once again destroy their universe.
- Upon entering Earth-s, Mxy would murder the marvel (shazam) family, and even their enemies the Monster Society of Evil (lead by a supervillain called Captain Nazi) and destroy their universe.
- Mxy then arrives at earth-c, killing the zoo crew and destroying the universe.
- When Bat-Mite attempts to trick mxy into going back into the 5th dimension, mxy suddenly has a realization that he does not have to go back into the 5th dimension if there is no 5th dimension and would go on to destroy the 5th dimensions, killing all of its residents.
- After arriving at Apokolips, Mxy would go on to not only survive the omega effect, but also kill Darkseid, and with Bat-Mite would both destroy the planet.
- Arriving at the earth of the super friends, mxy would murder the titular superhero group and would destroy their universe.
- Now arriving at the DCAU universe, Mxy would kill their version of Batman to spite Bat-Mite and would once again get into a fight with Bat-Mite, resulting in the destruction of the DCAU universe.
- When arriving at the Dark Knight Returns (the comic, not the Nolan movie) universe, mxy would go on to destroy their universe, as both him and bat-mite viewed it as too dark.
- The two would arrive at new-earth, and much like every time would go on to destroy the universe.
- They would then arrive at the Crisis Earth, where mxy would start annihilating planets, solar systems and eventually the entire universe of crisis.
- Arriving at Earth-four, mxy would once again destroy the universe, this time even destroying the gemworld, heaven itself and going back in time to destroy previous timelines.
- Finally arriving at the kingdom come earth, mxy would use his powers to a final attack, but this time there would be nothing left. He and Bat-Mite essentially destroyed the entire omniverse, with the only thing remaining being Jay Garrick's hat, upon seeing this the two would have a laugh, then revert their actions, saying "Next tuesday?", Implying that destroying the omniverse is something they do on a regular basis.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is completely comedic and mischievous, with the work he comes from being a parody of "worlds finest" and poking fun at several tropes being ultimately played up for laughs due to characterized as a villainous comic relief.
- Despite their "rivalry", he does genuinely care for Bat-Mite, as he sees him as a true friend.
- He has moments of being incompetent as well that are too much for NPE.
- He is On & Off since he either acts as a villain and sometimes a little heroic.
- He has many moments of genuine affability.

- He is currently the only version of Mr. Mxyptlzk to be Inconsistently Heinous.
