Mojo Jojo is a minor antagonist in the SML series, acting as the main antagonist of the video The Powerpuff Jeffy's. He is an parody of the original Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff Girls franchise.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- In the beginning of the video, he stole Susan's purse.
- He tried to kill Jeffy, Bubbles, Buttercup, and Mario/Marvin with a time bomb.
- He robbed a bank after he thought he killed the Powerpuff Jeffy's.
- He tried to kill Jeffy, Bubbles, Buttercup, and Mario/Marvin by putting deadly gas in a skunk and paying it to go into their house and kill them.
- He created a Death Ray and planned to use it to wipe out all humanity so he could conquer the world.
- He killed Buttercup with his death ray and Bubbles by reflecting her lasers back at her, and then he attempted to kill Jeffy after that.
- While he had a somewhat comedic defeat with Jeffy used a tampon to distract Mojo, not only was it not played with laughs but it also shows how desperate Jeffy as become since both of his allies are killed and he had nothing else he could do to stop Mojo.
- While the heinous standards in SML is high, he stands out due to him attempting to wipe out all of humanity with the death ray.
- While he has some comedic moments, his actions are still taken completely seriously in-universe.
- Even after his death, his actions of killing Bubbles and Buttercup traumatizes Jeffy to the point he removed any memories of them to cope the trauma and convinced himself they did not exist.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- While he has no redeeming qualities and is among the most heinous characters in SML, he is played for laughs, being a parody villain who is even more comedic and bombastic than the original Mojo Jojo. His comedic moments include asking why his voice sounds like an Asian stereotype, and how he failed to pay the Russian skunk correctly.
Trivia[]
- He is currently the only version of Mojo Jojo to be Inconsistently Heinous. His original counterpart is not Inconsistently Heinous, as he fails the heinous standards to Dick Hardly.
