Miles Walker, originally named Liam Margarine, is the main antagonist of the fan-made snimated film sequel, Return to Zootopia, which was developed by Browntable.

He is the elected mayor of Zootopia, who is secretly corrupt and wants to exterminate the homeless population in Zootopia. He is completely psychotic, and does anything to get what he desires.

He was voiced by Anton Mabey.

His Evil Ranking[]

What makes him heinous?[]

  • When he was really young, due to his father's abuse, he burned down his entire farm and killed his family. He was later sent to a mental hospital for his actions.
  • He hated the homeless, and wanted to kill them all for his own selfish beliefs.
  • Mrs. Shell, an elderly woman who he befriended, overheard his plans with Mike about killing the homeless population in the shelter. After realizing this, Walker forced his henchmen to attack Mrs. Shell, which put her in a coma.
  • When Judy (a bunny) revealed she was in a relationship with Nick (a fox), he exposes their connection in his speech. Showing Judy his true nature.
  • He beat up Healy for betraying him, and then threatens to kill him.
  • When going over his plan with Mike, he mentions that his going to free Bellwether from prison, and that his henchmen are going to take the blame for the attack.
  • He attempts to terminate all of the homeless in the shelter by flooding the place with Night Howler gas, which would drive the animals into madness and they will kill each other. He gives a speech to them how they are useless, a disease, that plagues Zootopia, and claiming that his helping them by killing them all.
    • He forces news reporters to stay outside so they don't expose what he does.
  • When Judy and Nick ruin Miles's attack, he chokes Judy and has Nick be taken by Mike to get thrown out the window.
  • When they escape, Miles shoots Nick, severely wounding him, and attempts to shoot Judy.

What makes him inconsistent?[]

  • Despite his actions, Miles is definitely tragic. His father abused him and planted the idea in his head that all homeless people are worthless, and all deserve to die. One day, Miles snapped and burn down his family home. When Nick asks the doctor about him, the doctor describes him as troubled and scared. Showing that Miles was truly traumatized, and that his past effected him for the rest of his life, having flashbacks and nightmares about his father. Miles' childhood is what turned him into a monster.
  • He had some honor, he mentions that hard-working animals deserve more respect than homeless ones.
  • He was genuinely upset that Healy and Jake tried to kill Nick and Judy.
  • When he tries to shoot Judy, he starts to hallucinate about her when he was a child, possibly meaning that he wants to kill himself. During his breakdown, Nick gets back up and turns to him. Miles sees Nick as his own father. But Nick embraces and comforts him. Miles begins to cry, implying that he feels remorseful right before Nick punches him. After he was willingly to turn himself into prison, Miles might potentially try to redeem himself.
