Tom, better known as Mecha Chocolate Guy is the titular main antagonist of the YTP, The Rise of Mecha Chocolate Guy.
He is the arch-enemy of SpongeBob SquarePants who is hellbent on killing SpongeBob since he didn't give him his chocolate and destroying the world.
He was voiced (through archive recordings) by Mr. Lawrence.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- Even before he turned into Mecha Chocolate Guy, he wasn't that good of a person as he wanted to kill SpongeBob since he didn't give him his chocolate.
- After he gets "shot" by SpongeBob, he turns into Mecha Chocolate Guy and causes havoc in Bikini Bottom by destroying places such as the Krusty Krab, the Chum Bucket, and Squidward's house with only his bare hands.
- He kills SpongeBob's friends, who all had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with him in very horrifying ways such as:
- Using fire breath to incinerate Squidward to death.
- Using his laser eyes to disintegrate Mr. Krabs, who wasn't even a villain in the YTP.
- Crushing Sandy Cheeks with only his bare hands.
- He tried crushing Gary and when SpongeBob told MCG he wouldn't let him, he told him that he'd have to kill them both, if not for SpongeBob making him trip by putting a pin on his head offscreen.
- After falling into a Mega Mushroom Factory after SpongeBob made him trip, he grew to a gigantic size and started causing chaos everywhere by destroying various buildings on land.
- After somehow arriving on the Island of Sodor, he caused mass destruction there by:
- Using his laser eyes to burn down a windmill.
- Killing Edward by stomping on him.
- Making Percy die by putting a penny on the rails which made him explode.
- He tried killing Thomas the Tank Engine by using his laser eyes and would've succeeded in crushing him if not for SpongeBob and many other YTP characters like Barney, Ren, Homer Simpson, Nostalgia Critic, Tommy Pickles, Woody, Buzz, and Annoying Orange stopping him.
- Once Thomas joined SpongeBob's group of memes, he tried killing SpongeBob and his friends for no real reason.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Due to being a YTP villain and while his crimes are all played for horror rather than the usual black comedy seen in most YTP villains, he has way too many comedic moments that detract from his villainy to be NPE, such as his possible death where all of SpongeBob's friends defeat him in usually comical ways and the theme song of Wander Over Yonder playing the background, adding to the comicalness of it all, or when he stared at the Twin Towers instead of destroying them. However, he is still really close to being NPE, as all of his crimes are mostly played for horror rather than the usual black comedy seen in most YTP villains.
