Inconsistently Heinous Wiki

Larfleeze is a minor antagonist in the science-fiction superhero cartoon Green Lantern: The Animated Series, serving as the titular overarching antagonist of the episode "Larfleeze". He was a member of the Orange Lantern Core who killed the other members so he could have the power battery all to himself.

He was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

  • He was chosen by an Orange Lantern Ring, proving that he was greedy even before his rise to power.
  • He murdered every member of the Orange Lantern Corps so that he could have the Power Battery to himself.
    • Due to the powers of the Orange Lantern Ring, the souls of the lanterns he killed became Consturct Warriors under Larfleeze's control.
    • While this wasn't shown onscreen, Larfleeze's cave has massive piles of Orange Lantern Rings, confirming that he did kill the other members.
  • He has stolen countless valuable items over the years.
  • It is implied that he killed anyone who tried to take his Power Battery.
  • He tried to kill Hal and his team.
  • While he did help Kilowog and Razer free Hal from the Power Battery's control, it was only so he could get his power battery back.
  • While he is less heinous than Atroticus and Aya, he had less resources than them.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He has moral agency issues due to going insane, as Razer points out, and being influenced by the Power Battery.
  • He has some comedic moments, such as acting like a bratty child when Hal started touching his belongings.
  • He is honorable, as he thanked Hal's team for helping him get his battery back and didn't think of turning on them.
  • His mission to get his Power Battery back is portrayed in a sympathetic light.

Trivia[]

  • He and Aya are the only Green Lantern: The Animated Series characters to be Inconsistently Heinous.
