LONLINESS [sic], also later known as PUT 2 REST, is the titular secondary antagonist of the 2010 Pokémon Creepypasta Pokémon: Abandon Lonliness, written by VIFKeaton. It serves as one of the two main protagonists (alongside Leaf) of the LEAF chapter, the main antagonist of the SORROW chapter and the overarching antagonist of the RED chapter (alongside the Ghosts).

It is a twisted version of a male Eevee, who after being abandoned by Leaf, Blue and Red, is bent on taking revenge against its former owners for being neglected by putting them in a twisted, distorted version of the Kanto region.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

After being abandoned by Blue in the past, LONLINESS takes it upon by himself to subject Blue, Red, and Leaf into sending them to a distorted version of the Kanto Region by making them suffer through confronting their deed of neglecting him.
- One instance would be the Ghosts themselves contemptuously mocking Leaf how Blue abandoned LONLINESS, whom he treated him as a curse and how his actions caused LONLINESS' descent to villainy in the first place.
In SORROW, he is responsible for turning Leaf into a Ghost after she used UNWANTED (her Banette) to kill the Pokémon, despite repeated warnings that Blue is not to be trusted with his word about him being treated as a curse. Due to this, Leaf no longer exists as a corporeal entity and is ultimately dead for good.
In a sense, due to his actions, LON(E)LINESS is ultimately responsible for Blue's descent to villainy during the RED chapter, after revealing his true colours to Red that he truly wanted to kill him after turning on him for being a "curse". Thus, he is posthumously responsible for Blue's turn to darkness.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

He is an incredibly tragic Pokémon who was subjected to being abandoned by his owners, after being treated as a curse by Blue especially, which is played far too heavily for sympathy.
He forgives Leaf at the end of SORROW chapter, where he was paid respects by both Blue and Red.
He was also posthumously redeemed after his death when both Blue and Red put him to rest, which once again is too sympathetic to be NPE.
