Lee, Marie and May Kanker, collectively known as the Kanker Sisters, are the main antagonists of Cartoon Network's animated TV series Ed, Edd n' Eddy.
They are a sibling trio of perverted teenagers who sexually harass the Eds whenever they get the chance due to their obsessive nature with them.
- Lee was voiced by Janyse Jaud.
- Marie was voiced by Kathleen Barr.
- And May was voiced by Erin Fitzgerald (Seasons 1-2, 4-6) and Jenn Forgie (Season 3).

What Makes Them Heinous?[]
- They sexually harass the Eds on a regular basis whenever they get the chance.
- The occasionally harass the cul-de-sac kids.
- They occasionally sabotage the Eds' scams, at one point stealing all their money while flirtatiously taunting them in the aftermath.
- In "Run for Your Ed", they started an apocalyptic rampage throughout the cul-de-sac in a search for their ship in a bottle.
- When Jimmy came across the sisters while they were doing their laundry, they started toying with him by acting like he was Lee's dutch.
- When Sarah tried to stand up for Jimmy, they tortured her and gave her a Wet Willy, only stopping when Jimmy reveals that the cul-de-sac kids intend to beat up the Eds for their latest scam.
- They enslaved Jimmy and Sarah by having them carry them in a wagon like a horse.
- They tied up the cul-de-sac kids and tried to sexually assault the Eds in the aftermath, only stopping when Eddy offered to introduce his brother.
- It is implied that they sexually assaulted Eddy's brother at the end of the film as punishment for his abusive treatment towards Eddy. Although he did deserve some more punishment for his horrible treatment towards his younger brother, he didn't deserve to be violated against his will.
- Unlike the rest of the characters (apart from Jonny 2x4, who became somewhat of a fallen hero), they never fully redeemed themselves, as they displayed little to no remorse over their actions, nor any desire to change.
What Makes Them Inconsistent?[]
- They have several comedic moments and their acts of sexually assaulting the Eds are played for slapstick humor.
- While their love for the Eds is twisted, it is still genuine and it makes them On & Off, because they helped save them from the cul-de-sac kids in the movie and they were shown to be shocked upon seeing Eddy's brother abuse Eddy.
- They have standards, as shown by them being appalled by Eddy's brother's treatment towards Eddy, with Lee even trying to stop him. In "A Fistful of Ed", they also followed Eddy's request to not give Double D any uninvited attention after he was beaten up by Jimmy and spent the entire day being labeled as a violent troublemaker, only taking slight offense at his tone since they realized the nature of the matter.
