Kaname Asagiri along with Sarina Shizukume is one of the main antagonists of Magical Girl Site and is the sadistic adoptive older brother of Aya Asagiri.
His voice was provided by Nobuhiko Okamoto.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- While he is extremely tragic due to being treated like a slave and being brutally beaten and emotionally/psychologically abused by his father for the slightest shortcomings, most of his evil acts are unrelated to his suffering.
- He is extremely misanthropic, barbaric and narcissistic to the point of antagonizing others and tormenting people around him.
- Due to the emotional abuse he received he became deluded into feeling envious and vengeful of Aya due to him having “higher expectations” leading him to physically and emotionally abuse Aya on a daily basis.
- His beatings on Aya were so horrible to the point that she would throw up from pain and she even stopped having periods due to her uterus being injured, the latter of which is arguably genital mutilation, a unique crime for the series as the only other character to do that is Kiichiro Misumi.
- After Aya became friends with Nijimin, and he found out about the magical girl site, he decided to groom Nijimin into believing that he loved her, so that he could steal her magical panties.
- He also manipulated Nijimin into giving him information.
- While at the beach when he was confronted by Naoto Keisuke who accused him of corrupting Nijimin he proceeded to pull his pants down in-front of him, revealing the panties he stole from Nijimin before repeatedly kicking him in the head and taunting him about how much of a dreg he is.
- After humiliating Naoto he used the panties stick he stole to control Naoto’s body in a fashion similar to bloodbending and forced him to stab himself to death while keeping his psyche unaltered so as to psychologically torture Naoto.
- After he had murdered Naoto he stated that he felt no remorse, and even felt pride in his callousness.
- His murder of Naoto also traumatized Aya, who had witnessed the entire thing, leading her to not tell anyone about what happened fearing that they would kill Kaname.
- Once Nijimin ran out of usefulness, he attempted to brainwash her into hanging herself.
- When he was confronted by Asahi and Kiyoharu, Kaname attempted to murder them both.
- Used Nijimin’s magic to brainwash Asahi into punching a hole through Kiyoharu’s chest, and attempting to murder Mikari, giving the latter a near-death experience, while simultaneously mentally scaring Mikari and Asahi.
- Invaded Sayuki’s home while pretending to be a courier and used his magic to cause several bodyguards to pass out.
- Used Nijimin’s stick to temporarily paralyze the rest of the magical girls, taking them hostage before attempting to brainwash Nijimin into killing them all with the goal of stealing their sticks, including his own adoptive sister Aya.
- When Nijimin snapped out and attempted to kill him, he murdered her by slashing her across the torso with Sayuki’s Katana which he had stolen.
- After he was stabbed in the neck by Nijimin he attempted to steal Kosame’s stick so as to heal himself by drinking the other girls’ blood, giving him the unique crime of cannibalism.
- Although he was kidnapped, raped, and neutered by Kiichiro Misumi it is played for satisfaction rather than sympathy.
- Nearly killed Kiichiro Misumi brutally by slitting his throat open with a concrete fragment
- Beat his own father to death, however this case is justified.
- Was still a jerk and felt little remorse shortly after redemption.
- In the new timeline, He wanted to Kill Aya and Get His Justice For the Death of His Parents
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Is heavily tragic as he was badly abused and by his father to the point of being beaten brutally for getting 99 on a test instead of 100 and being constantly psychologically and emotionally abused into being “perfect”. To add to this, he had to witness his mom go through similar abuse making him even more tragic.
- He redeems himself later on in the manga and feels incredibly remorseful for what he did to Aya.
- He is shown to have standards as he condemned the domestic violence his father committed as well as being completely horrified at Kiichiro’s pervertedness.
- He has some comedic moments such as making a weird face as when he wanted to beat up Aya but feared that Tsuyuno would witness it, the screams he makes in the anime when he is molested by Kiichiro, the extra in the manga where he complains about the pain from using Nijimin’s stick, or the segments in the anime where he is played as over the top when scheming on how to torment Aya, however because all of these moments are dark humour and he is taken seriously in story, this is a minor prevention.
- He cares about his mother as the main reason for committing patricide was to avenge his mother.
- At the end of the manga when Aya resets the universe he uses Nijimin’s stick one last time to ensure that Aya finds happiness in one of the new timelines.
