Juri Han is a recurring character in the Street Fighter franchise, usually playing the role of an anti-hero or sometimes a true villain. She is bent on getting revenge on M. Bison for killing her parents.
In all of her appearances, she is voiced by Eri Kitamura in Japanese and Jessica Straus in English.

What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- To test out her Feng Shui Engine, she assassinates multiple S.I.N. operatives who left the organization and gets dozens of innocent people killed in the process, including a mother of a young son.
- She nearly kills Chun-Li in their first encounter.
- She assaults and captures the Dolls, M. Bison's elite assassins, to be used as test subjects for S.I.N.
- She pushes Juni and Cammy off the S.I.N. plane while the former was strapped onto a rolling table which could have killed them.
- She tries to pit Seth and Bison together as her plan for revenge, and when Seth was defeated, she crushes his Tanden Engine and left him for death.
- She threatens to kill Rashid if he doesn't fight her seriously.
- She rams an officer with her motorbike and helps Cammy and Decapre escape from the cops, making them fugitives. She later watches the two of them fighting with sadistic glee, even telling Cammy she couldn't save her and suggested to kill her.
- She threatened to kill Abigail because she mistakenly believes that he called her curves "flat."
- She inadvertently resurrects Seth in a new body, but is uncaring of the consequences.
- She brings Bosch to the Mad Gear Gang for stealing their money, and even tries to kill the player character.
- While Chun-Li does call her one of Bison’s victims, this doesn’t excuse her continuing to commit crimes after Bison is seemingly gone.
- Juri rejects Chun-Li’s offer to atone for her crimes, saying she “isn’t atoning for squat”.
- Although M. Bison did worse, she has less resources and commits all of her actions out of pure sadism.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She has a tragic backstory where she was a kind girl whose parents were killed by M. Bison and took one of her eyeballs, which caused her to seek revenge on him. Even after his seemingly final defeat, she was unable to find peace even though her revenge had been complete. Chun-Li sympathizes with her despite everything she's done, calling Juri one of Bison’s victims.
- She's On & Off, as she has a few anti-heroic roles like helping the main characters defeat Shadaloo once and for all.
- She shows some begrudging respect to Chun-Li, despite their normally tense relationship. She also has genuine respect for C.Viper and the SF6 protagonist, even admitted that the former finally got through to her and teaching the latter her skills.

- Juri is the only Inconsistently Heinous villain from Street Fighter. She is also the only character from the franchise to count as Inconsistently Heinous and Inconsistently Admirable at the same time.
